Excellent place for breakfast,lunch or dinner.staff is always pleasant and polite. Food prices are very fair. All the dishes I have tried have been very satisfying always cooked perfectly. I recently had the Tony's triple steak. Perfection with mushrooms and mozzarella. French fries are crispy and golden brown.
6.99 for 5 deep fried mushrooms they said they weigh them 2 super big mushrooms where not even good I called and they did nothing but say we weigh them. I did not even eat them way to big
Two years ago I had a horrible experience inside and left 30 minutes later since the only thing that had came to the table was a cold appetizer. I decided to try take out tonight. They told me 25 to 30 minutes. I arrived exactly 20 minutes later and before even telling me my total I was asked how much of a tip I would be adding. After reading other reviews I see I’m lucky I got asked, sounds like they add their own tips normally. My food was room temp at best, The steak sandwiches were disgusting, most definitely not steak. White on the outside, pink in the middle and super mushy texture. The chicken tender dinner came with three very small chicken tenders that also were under cooked and our onion rings were missing. Shame on me for trying to give them a second chance but lucky for my dogs who just ate a $37 dinner. I recommend 100% avoiding this place and making the drive to the Saint Charles Tony’s where the food is always top notch.
One of my favorite local diners. Nothing better than a double steak sandwich on the toasted bread. Nice and messy. Giant Banana Split for our annual birthday tradition!!!
I have the Western Skillet with scrambled eggs and my granddaughter had the child's chicken strips basket. The food was just fine. I also had a takeout order that came out with our meals so I was a little disappointed that it had to sit there too long while we finish our meals.
We were here on Saturday at noon with a large group. Our sweet little waitress was running around trying to keep everyone fed, stocked and happy. The food was hot and delicious.
My wife and I ordered the Philly omelette which indicates "shaved ribeye". Both omelets were no more than broken up chunks of hamburger instead of shaved ribeye.. Very disappointing.
We are go here once a week for over a year now and today was the worst experience of being there. Food: was served wrong toast ordered sourdough and got white, ordered sunny side up and got over hard, brought second time out and serves under cooked raw eggs. My partner ordered a crispy chicken bacon ranch sandwich and got a grilled chicken wrap.
Service: was absolutely terrible. Waitress didn’t bother apologizing when corrected on order or offer anything, just charged us for the wrong food.
Atmosphere: music was way too loud coming from the kitchen and too much playfulness was happening to be comfortable.
I would love to come back, but taking a break hope it gets better.
