Tony's Quality Import Services

My family has been using Tony's Quality Imports for over 15 years now and his service is excellent. He explains what the problem is in simple terms that anyone can understand. His rates are reasonable and jobs are done well. If you have a problem with the service, you can just bring the car back in a reasonable amount of time and he will address the issue. He has kept 5 of our cars running in tip top shape and regularly goes out of his way to help us. He makes you feel like you are important, which I have not seen in other mechanics.

Tony has provided excellent quality service to me and my family on all of our vehicles. I truly trust his opinions and recommendations. He and his wife run a great shop. He is proud of the work that he does and always impresses us with the quality of his work. A great example is when the clutch went out in my Nissan Altima on the north side of Atlanta. I took it to a local shop that was recommended by a friend and they wanted a ridiculous amount of money and 2 weeks to install a new clutch assembly. I had it towed from their shop to Tony's (which I should have just done in the first place) where Tony replaced the clutch assembly with all genuine Nissan parts FOR LESS THAN HALF THE COST that I was quoted at the other shop. Tony guarantees his work, and I guarantee that he will be getting all of my business for as long as I live in Atlanta.

Tony truly loves his work; complete professional. He has serviced my 1986 Mercedes for many years and it runs like new!! He is the best import specialist in town. I would recommend Tony's shop to everyone, especially members of the military community... He'll take of you!

You take your vehicle in for one thing and it comes out with something else wrong with it that was working good at 1st just so u can keep coming back to get your vehicle fixed.

Tony's import is a great place for repairs and I have to take the van to have it checked. Before anything wasn't explained to me what I need to do and also what is wrong and needs. Overall I will take my vehicle back.

In January 2007, I took my car to Tony because he was referred to me by a friend. I first RED FLAG should have been when he asked me for one half of the money up front before he would do the repairs and he did not take credit, only cash. The reason I took my car in was because my panel light on my dash went out. He convinced me that he needed to replace the entire board and since I do not not anything about auto repairs, I believed him. The second reason I took my car to him was because my power steering was making a grinding noise when I would turn corners. He was supposed to replace the panel and the power steering high pressure hose. He told me in front of my son that he guaranteed the repair for as long as I own my car. Soon after the repairs were done, the growling started again and when I went to his shop he was not in or I was told so. I called several times and he was never available. I was told he was out of the state. Finally, I went by again and found him there. When I told him my car was doing the same as before and I was still having to pour power steering fluid in the pump.... all he could say was it was nothing he did. Actually he was right, if wasn't what he did, it was what he did not do. which was make the repairs. He did not even look to see what was going on. A few months later the panel light went out again. This time my son replaced the fuse and it came right back on. I have not had a problem with the panel light again, but the power steering remains a problem. Six years later I still have to put fluid in the pump about every few months. I took my car to another mechanic to replace the power steering pump. I thought maybe that would fix the problem, but it did not. The car still growls when I turn the wheel. I took it back to the same mechanic that replaced the pump and he said the power steering high pressure hose was leaking. I told him I had it replaced at Tony's and he assured me that if he did not repair it back then, he was not going to do it now. But, I went back to Tony's anyway. Tony said he would have to put the car on a rack and take a look. He asked me when I could come in. I told him Wednesday. Tony said that was not a good day for him and that he would not be in on Wednesday. I told him I would go home and check my schedule to see what day I could come in and I would call him. I went home and called to make an appointment...Tony was not in. This is just like it was after he did the repairs, he was never in. I asked her to have him call me, but I do not actually expect to hear from him again just as in the past.
