I only come to Kidderminster once a year, but I always make sure I beat a path to Tony's Bakery.
When I called in today there were bacon and cheese turnovers fresh out of the oven which were sensational. Having polished off one outside the bakery I immediately went back in to buy another.
Half a dozen jam donuts also went very down well with the kids when I got home.
Baker/owner is a true gentleman! Amazing bakery items all made on site. Definitely worth going out of your way! Fantastic prices and amazing fresh goods!
What an utterly fantastic little bakery! Discovered by accident today but safe to say we will definitely be returning! Absolutely delicious hot cross buns, loaves and cakes. Would definitely recommend.

This bakery made two types of classic Irish breads for our function. 40 of each type and each one perfectly formed and delicious with Irish stew, or leek and potato soup.
In France they banned the chemicals and preservatives that are used in commercial loaves and breads which make them last far too long. The result is that in France people buy their daily bread. Not only is this healthier but also has kept their bakeries alive. I wish they would do the same in this country and then there will be more treasures like this place. I always love to be in a queue here with people buying two and three loaves of the time and delicious lardy cakes and other pastries.
I recommend this bakery to anybody who has not visited it before. You will be amazed and made very welcome.
It is important to give hard-working and high quality craft food producers they custom-made deserve, but also yourself, high quality baked products.
