Visited during an overnight visit to PHL and wanted to try a local venue. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the outcome. I ordered a veggie sub that was extremely messy and not appetizing at all. The staff was friendly but I wouldn't recommend the food although the fries were not bad.
The Cheesesteaks, Roast Pork sandwich, and Fries here are all very good. To add to that, Manny (the franchise owner) is a really great guy. He sat down with us for a YouTube video a while back and he is still to date on the nicest owners i've met. Also very dedicated to his craft. I can't speak for all Tony Luke's locations but at this one...you'll be happy.
This Tony Lukes horrible. They over cooked chicken finger and refuses to correct or refund. Finally decided to make and alternate sandwich , which was a cheese burger made it poorly and never replace the fries he through away with chicken finger.
They have no manners at this location. I sat for 30mins just observing them and interaction with customers extremely poor.
They need to be fired or take classes
I just wanted a cookies and cream milkshake. While the cashier was making my milkshake, he ignored it to take care of multiple customers who came in 2-3 minutes after my order was placed. I asked him to remake it and he refused it and said he wasn't remaking it but he can give me a refund or add ice cream to make it appear thicker. He the continued to argue with me about not remaking it, like I'ma customer like everyone else i work in retail so i know how customers should be treated. The refund he tried to give me back was $2.00 out of the $4.99 that i spent for it because he claimed "your paying for the ice cream". I have never experienced such inappropriate customer service a day in my life and on top of that i was told to never come back. I definitely will not be giving my business to this location of Tony Luke's ever again.
Classic Philly cheese steak one of the best Philly cheese steaks of my life. I was driving through this was on the list of places to get a authentic Philly cheesesteak and they were right it was so good. The bread was fresh and everything was great
I was very disappointed in the food that was served. I usually go to the Oregan Ave location, but thought I was near this location and thought quality control would we similar, NOT.
Used to be one of the best places in pa to get an cheesesteak that was actually good. Now it's at the bottom with Geno and pats. I mean look at the picture, for $10+ this is what you get. Half a slice of cheese then charge extra for the other half come on man!!
The chicken bacon raven h was 8.99 on the menu and when I went to order it he said it was 12.49 and I asked why and he said the price went up but they advertised 8.99 so it’s faulse advertised
