How do I speak with the owner or manager regarding the food quality? I got a cone and cup of ice cream and funnel fries. They gave the ice cream immediately. The cup of ice cream was not as described and pitiful, not even full. Ice cream is melting, but had to wait on the funnel fries that took much longer than usual. Everything was to go so when they finally came we got in the car and left. We opened the funnel fries, and they are completely burnt hard as a rock with brown something all over them. This is very disappointing. I have photos, and I tried calling a few times, but there no answer. It's just shameful that customers anywhere spending money gets treated like this.
Wow not what it used to be. The good. French fries were somewhat crispy. The ketchup was good. The bad. We had hot dogs. Not really sauce, just very dry crumbled meat with a nasty tasting spice, served cold. After a 15 minute wait. Can't comment on ice cream. Didn't have any and more than likely never will.
This place has the best ice cream ever and have added new flavors. You know when a place is busy that they have great food. If you haven't tried it, you need too. It is addicting!!
Love their ice cream and the employees are always very kind and efficient.
The last visit I had, they'd had a mistake on their end (it happens to the best of us) and they were very kind and fast to fix it. They said they couldn't take back the mistake, and gave us the second ice cream without charge.
They have a small seating area outside and is nice to sit in on a summer day. I only wished they were open year-round. The seasons change, but my love for their soft serve never ends lol.
I highly recommend this place for a quick treat to anyone who hasn't been here.
Ice cream is so good. Food not available Sunday or after 8PM. Was so busy we had to leave. The first time we came there was only 4 cars so it only took 20 min to get in and out. Yesterday, Sunday, Walk up line was about 20 people and drive thru had 10 cars so we waited about 20 min then left. They were doing about 1 walk up and one car every 3-5 minutes so if we stayed I estimated about one hour before we would have had our order taken. I don’t know why their service is so bad because they are an established fan favorite. It’s hard to park because of drive thru line. Park behind in shopping lot and walk over. Fried pickles were a bit soft and soggy. I ate them anyway because I love fried pickles. I wouldn’t order them again. They really need to move locations to a place where they can double their staff and service more people at once. Today I tried to come back and it was still pretty busy but not as bad as yesterday. Got in and out in 30 min thru drive thru with about 5 cars a head of me. I will be back because this is the only place I know of here like it.
Took my time out of my busy Sunday to stop by and try this place we don't live around here and wanted to try something new. We went to order and were told that they do not serve food on Sundays. We were very displease and left. Why be open and not serve your full menu. We will not be back. Ps there was no where on social media saying that they do not serve food on sunday.
I really loved this place, but feel like the food has gone down in quality since it reopened. It's not terrible or anything, but there used to be more and bigger offerings.
The young lady that invented the funnel fries dessert is a GENIUS and needs a raise!! Best dessert ever!!
