Respectable guy, never let You down always there when I need them. Tommy's taxi is the only One I call when I need a ride.,
I dont know about the people here trying to leave this taxi driver a bad rep but he has always been on time and givin amazing service. Heck this man took me farther then to just work or some place near by like most of yall, he did an hour drive to airport and made sure i made it on time for my flight 3 years ago. Even now when I ask for a ride hes on time and professional, very polite and kind every time and always answers during business hours.
One of the most unreliable taxi services I have used. They hardly ever answer the phone (I tried 6 times throughout the day during open business hours) and often when they DO pick up there are no rides available. Tried to use them 2 days ago , they said someone would be right there but after waiting for 45 mins I actually just walked the 3 miles to my destination, at which point they then called over an hour later asking where I was. In other words if your time is important to you, just call an Uber.

We used them for going on two weeks out of those two weeks they almost never got my mom to her job on time today they never came awe are done today t allon top of that the owner is rude
The service was professional, excellent, and on time.
I may be just calling at the right time but I’m a customer since 2006 I call when I need a ride and I’ve never waited more than 45 minutes to get where I needed to go I’ve been all the way to Shelby and never had any problems
