I had struts and Sway bar links install today
and was told that subframe bushings are in real bad shape that also contributed to the noise under my car. Don't really have the money to fix it today but will be returning in about a week to get this taken care of.
I came back two days later and they took care of the other problem with no problem. Was back on the road 1.5 days later. Good Job Tommie!!
Mr. Guy was awesome and knowledgeable, Tommie Lee called with updates everytime he found something but reassured me that he would take care of it and gave me financial options if I needed it. This business was great and I would definitely recommend. They are so reasonable, same day service for some services and very concerned about your vehicle. 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD
They forgot to put my crankshaft position sensor in and tried to charge me for it, until I made it known. They left my My debit card was also in my car and now it’s missing. I’ve been stuck at the shop for a hour cause they don’t have any other way to pay.
I brought my car in for a control arm replacement and now my steering wheel is misaligned. When I pointed out the error not only did they refuse to own up to the mistake they outright lied it could have been them. Unprofessional, would never recommend. They've lost a 7 year customer
I was charged $50 for a diagnostic that was never completed. Also, the supervisor of that place was very rude. He was not there, so every conversation with him was done by phone because the mechanic, obviously, did not speak English well. Prices seem to be okay, but the attitude sucks. This supervisor / owner kept saying if you have questions, don't ask my guy, call me and ask the questions. That is company policy. So, not allowed to ask the mechanic who is going to work on your car questions, getting robbed of $50 for a diagnostic that was never done, and attitude by the owner / supervisor of the place. Terrible experience. I'm never going back there ever again.
After I got my vehicle back from this shop, my truck settings and alarm was all screwed up. I had to go get my alarm reprogrammed which cost me more. When I asked the repair shop about it, they denied anything. Now I don't know if they even did the work I paid them to do! Dishonest shop, bad experience. Go somewhere else!
I always bring my car to this shop he will give you a diagnostics and let you know exactly what’s wrong with your car. He is a honest person and he will send you to someone if he can’t do the job. He always fixes my cars and they run perfect after. This guy and his team are truly mechanics. My car wasn’t drivable when I brought it to him and he got it back running. ???????????????????? this shop is 5 ⭐️
