First time ordering from Tom's, did a take out order. Number one, the place as very nice and super clean inside, good positive energy. Number two, The waitress that cashed me out has to be the nicest, friendliest, most cheerful person I have ever met. The staff is incredible. Number three, the did was absolutely Delicious! Steak was cooked perfectly and everything was very fresh. Hands down the best Greek food I've had in WNY. Keep doing what you guys are doing! I will most definitely be back and spread the word how good your restaurant is!
It's a shame this place has so many bad reviews on yelp from the 2010's, because the food here is fantastic. If you take the time to read the recent reviews from 2020+, you'll see they are extremely positive.

I decided to stop at Tom's get it to get a cheeseburger haven't been there in a long time. Well there's no cheeseburgers there. It's all Greek food
They have the most outstanding hostess waitress that you can imagine. This lady could sell a refrigerator to an Eskimo outstanding meal. Great coffee! Just a very nice lunch. I'll be back
Absolutely excellent experience. I enjoyed freshest Souvlaki salad ever, the portion was great. If you're hungry you won't be disappointed. The chicken was delicious and cooked when ordered. The lady was very courteous, attentive and graceful. Everything at the restaurant was immaculately clean also. I drive by this place every day and for my first time it was unexpectedly delicious and pleasant to dine in.
Ordered the souvlaki with gyro meat. Enough food for two meals. Food came out quickly and was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend the Greek fries. Dora our server was warm and attentive but not overbearing. She was great! Will definitely be going back.
I ordered Chicken Slovakia in both salad and wrap. My partner loved the wrap and I enjoyed the salad! The Baklava was the best I’ve ever had! The food was ready when I came to pick it up and the person who cashed me out was very nice! I love the remodeled look!
Went to Tom's for dinner and can't say enough good things. The best and freshest Gyro Souvlaki I have ever had. You can taste the quality. We were served by Dora who immediately greeted us by saying "we welcome you to our restaurant" and then was so friendly, attentive, and treated us like family. We felt at home and felt joy. What a pleasant experience. We are definitely coming back. For the amazing food and the wonderfully rare hospitality.
From start to finish it was Amazing! Perfect portions, fresh ingredients, excellent customer service. The Greek fries were the best I’ve ever had! The interior is bright and inviting. Done perfectly! Will definitely be back!
