First time and was not pleased. Food was a small portion for the price it was, just to expensive. The food had a nice flavor, but it was made for a 2-year-old child. The place seemed messy and dirty. Didn't finish my food. Lost my appetite. The cashier was not friendly at all and hurried us to order, even thou there were no other customers after us. Felt uneasy while I was there.
I would recommend the place.
Photos can not do justice to how stretchy the cheese on the chili fries was, but I promise you it was incredible. The staff is very friendly and pricing is extremely competitive for how good the food is. I wholeheartedly enjoyed my meal and the experience eating as it reminded me of my hometowns local chili burger spot.
Some of the best chili cheese fries I've had in awhile. The guys at the window taking your order were very nice too.
Toms is consistent and it is exactly what you want it to be. The menu has something for everyone and the staff are so nice and accommodating. Even the random menu items are absolutely delicious. If you want a cheap, decent meal, Toms is the spot. Tip them well and they'll treat you right.
This place is great!
I got a breakfast sandwich with sausage ($2.99 for just that!), and added both bacon and avocado.
The sandwich was extremely fresh and hot. The bacon was the perfect crisp; the sausage had a really homestyle flavor, and it reminded me of my grandma’s. Haha
The price is unbeatable! I dare say it’s the cheapest place in LA! It was under $8 for sausage, bacon, AND avocado!
All in all, a great restaurant for a really cheap and flavorful breakfast!

I purchased the big breakfast that includes 2 pancakes, eggs (scrambled), hashbrowns , 2 sausage and 2 bacon (but I got all bacon). The pancakes were burnt on oneside but tasted like uncooked pancake batter, the eggs were cooked so hard, they were rubbery and not edible, the bacon was overcooked and practically burnt, and the hashbrowns was like shredded potatoes cooked with potatoes paste. The entire breakfast was not edible and I felt like I got ripped off. The cook needs to be fired.
Absolutely coming back! The owners are such a great family and the food was the best burger I have had in a long time. Go for it and try this place. Very clean too!
Went here on a random moment today. I already know the type of restaurant this is so I was prepared. I ordered a simple cheeseburger meal with a coke and pastrami sandwich extra mustard and pickels. They put extra for sure. It was grilled. I don't know if they offer not grilled pastrami. I did not ask. All in all it was busy we got our food in about 7min. Not bad. We left and ate everything. It was tasty. I knew it was going to be good because that first French fry was amazing. Steak fries btw. Cheers. Enjoy.
