I'd like to give 5 stars based on food and service, but the fact that there are no restrooms for customers is unacceptable.
When it comes to the food, I had the club sandwich and fries. The fries were fresh and lightly seasoned perfectly. The club sandwich was also amazing, with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, buttery, and saft but crisp bread. Somehow, they pulled it off. My only complaint is that the amount of meat could have an extra portion.
I 100% recommend this place but insist that restrooms should be available for paying customers. Also FYI $1.50 credit or debut charge on all orders.
A very disappointing experience. There is nothing famous about Tom's Junior Burger #4. I don't understand the good reviews. They are over rating the place.
In actuality, the food is overpriced and of low quality. And they will charge you extra for using a debit card.
The service crawls when they have customers. The "famous pastrami" is grilled. Tough, chewy, and grisly. I don't recommend it.
When I finally got my order, the burger was cold, and the bread on the Pastrami sandwich was soggy.
If you can't make a decent "famous pastrami sandwich," how can you trust the rest of the menu? There are many better choices in the area for good food.
As for me, I won't be back.
I'm so disappointed came here and wase 18.99 for a breakfast .I'd don't mind for the prices of the food, but the owner wants to get more riches by aplain $ 135 charge to the card too much ...so I pay cash And there's no restroom to wash your hand
Cashier have. Lots. Of. Customer service. Experience polite asserted take care customer needs. And first come first serve it's. International place. To. Eat!!!
I feel lie every time I go here the food cost more but it taste good and the servings are big so they keep me coming back
There's two ladies that work the window the younger one was professional & The older one had an terrible attitude. Food was average! My chill cheese fries tasted off like something was wrong, made my stomach hurt. My husband pastrami sandwich was good.
Been coming here for the chicken dinner for yrs. But today was my last. Not paying almost $20 for this chicken lol.....why would they even serve someone this! Didnt check till I got home. So dissapointed.
