I feel as if the manager working the drive thru purposely didn't give me a receipt so I couldn't complete their survey. Fries were cold and hard. Burgers were so cold the cheese wasn't even beginning to melt. Meat was hard. Bacon was so tough it came out in one big piece. Surprised they are still in business.
I love the Macaroni and Cheese bites! If you haven't had them, try them. You won't be disappointed. I also get a #18. The haddockwich. You have to add your toppings otherwise it comes plain. I always add cheese and tartar. Tom's burgers are great to!! I always go here.
Maybe today it was an off day? But all of us ( 9 ) got sandwiches with the buns flattened on top. It was off- putting. I've never been here before, so maybe this is normal? And not a lot of food on the buns? Maybe to keep down the price?
The food tasted okay, and they really were great with service and bringing us our food all at once. But it left me dubious.
Asked for a box of fries with no salt. Since my girlfriend has celiac it’s one of the safest options. We have never had an issue before but last night, we saw there was salt but we were in a rush so we just went home. Once home we learned there was 12 cheese curds buried within. Almost certainly cross contaminating the whole box. VERY DISAPPOINTED
It's a very nice and clean place. The food is good and hot. And the prices are affordable! Definitely a great family place to go!

Drive thru is so slow we just left. Ordering inside is even worse, takes too long to get you your food and not as good as other Tom's not one of their better franchises at all. Needs to be cleaned up inside too. And they are overpriced.
Good hot food as always. Big menu, polite staff.
