Ordered an Artic Blast in the drive through, maybe 4 cars in front of me. By the time I got it and started to eat it on the way out the driveway, it would more correctly be called a swamp blast. Could have drank it, they should try not making ice cream so far in advance of when you get to the window. Not the first time this has happened to me either, I guess I should have learned my lesson last time, won't repeat this mistake again!
I ordered large cheese curds and I received the small instead. I went and talked to Adam and he was very understanding and respectful. I went back and I received the large cheese curds and a pizza burger free of charge. I am highly satisfied with how they handled my situation. I will definitely come around again for future business kudos to the Tom's drive-thru team!
Unique little restaurant with a nice old fashion diner feel. The burger was delicous and so were the fries. All reasonably priced as well. Then I washed it down with a normal size ice cream treat.
Food was great, but service was horrible. Went through drive thru and person had a mad look at me and stared at me, then didn't tell me to pull around when I voiced I have never been there before.
Drive through was fast, food was good, and the price was also satisfactory.
food is usually good for fast food standards! but the quality of customer service over the last couple of years has dropped. many of the employees now have a disinterested, condescending attitude. such a shame, considering this location was one of our go-to places to grab a quick bite :(
The Manager, Mr Kluba, was very friendly and helpful to my family. The store is super clean and employees courteous. This is a great store with tons of seating!!! Come get some Ice Cream!!!
I usually visit this Tom's Drive In because it is super close to my home. Today when I went there, I ordered a #2 combo, which is the 2 hot dogs. I was asked what I would like on it, and since I do not come here often, I asked what they had. The worker taking my order seemed super dismissive and continue to tell me "we have everything". Since I do not work there, I was unaware what a DCDB was as that showed on the ordering screen. When I got home, I was sad to learn that it was a double cheeseburger I got instead of the two hot dogs I ordered. I am assuming since this is a new combo, probably a couple months ago it was added, the worker did this out of muscle memory. Sadly, it was a not so great experience. I will stick to only getting ice cream from this location. :(
