Fast and affordable auto repair! Called on a Thursday for a problem I was having, was told they were available the following day and the price was half of other estimates I received. It has been almost 2 months since I came in and my car is still doing great with no concerns!

Tom's is great! My car started acting up and when I took it in it started working again but they didn't charge me anything for looking at it, I've since taken it back for some tune up work and they do a great job at a very reasonable price, highly recommend????

The level of incompetence at this shop is baffling. I was recommended this shop as I was told this was a family owned business who does good work, but you can't get any work done because of the scheduling issues and lack of communication between their employees and the customer. My first appointment was scheduled for the wrong date so I showed up and was turned away. I insisted Steve at least check why my engine light was on, he did and we rescheduled. I paid for diagnostic testing and was told my muffler needs replacing, Steve told me they could order a part, weld it and fix the muffler. I agreed and told them please call me when part comes in. Two weeks later no response, I call, speak to Jayne, who admits no part was ordered. I kindly said that's okay and she said she would order the muffler part. I drop off the car today, see Steve, he shows me the muffler part and then says it will be a few hours. I walk out the door and then get a call 20 minutes later from Jayne saying they can't replace the muffler, that they never could. That I need to go to a muffler shop. She apologized, but seriously? What a waste of my time.

They are absolutely fantastic and very honest i double check the issues that I was having with other people so I can tell by fact: they are very honest they made me save a lot of money ????????

I took my car to Tom's B&M Auto on recommendation. After giving me their opinion on the issue,

I mentioned to them that I would like to get a 2nd opinion on whether or not I would have to replace a windshield wiper motor and that if it looked like I would, have to get a new one, I would potentially bring it back to them to get it fixed.

Long story short, the woman at the front desk took offense to this and pretty much kicked me out of their shop.

I cannot speak on their work, because I definitely will not be allowing them to work on my car, not ever.

The woman at the front desk was beyond rude and unprofessional.

I would rather spend a little extra money and take my car to a place that would show politeness and respect, to their customers.

They overcharged me 1 hour on a one-hour job. Entered at 8:15 a.m at 9:30 a m they tried charging me two hours of work. I explained I was only there for 1 hour, she called it an hour and a half. I will not do business here again. If you can't make money honestly at your shop rate then change your shop rate don't just lie about it. So blatant, Mom and Pop Shop, I think they're looking to get out of the business and scamming every dime possible. So sad, good mechanics, bad policy, bad office, bad management.
