Tom's is always my go-to place when it comes to auto issues. He tells it like it is and fixes it. Time frame for auto to be ready has been precise. Friend's and family Have had brake pads an rotors put in 3 different cars and 1 truck. Have had radiator leak causing auto to overheat fixed. Knock on wood, no issues repeated.
