Very disappointed!!! I orders 3 burger combos and on one of them they gave me the wrong one I had to go inside so she can fix it at the end I just got my money for that one . Waiting in the drive thru for about 30 min not including what I waited inside. When I arrived home I discovered the romaine lettuce was bad. I payed more than 40 . Definitely not going back
I used to come here. Decided since I was near by I would bring my daughter to try it. For a breakfast burrito and a stack of pancakes it was 17.71 :( I'm a single mom so that was kind of a dent for me. They gave us someone else's order on accident. So my burrito had the wrong meat choice. But I didn't complain because it happens. They should do numbers to orders so this doesn't happen.
I'll probably come back because their breakfast burritos are good, I like having hashbrowns in them and they put a lot.
They also still give ice cream which was what I always remembered Tom's for!
But I'll be careful with what I order in the future because 17 just for a burrito and 2 pancakes is too much for me.
First timer. It was recommended and it did not let me down. Family friendly service. Food was hot and delicious! I love it!
I came to order just a salad and a side of fries. And total came out to 24.41 I asked for my receipt 4 times and she wouldn’t provide it and I honestly think she over charged me. I didn’t ask for any extras but as I can see it’s very slow for them so they are trying to over charge other customers to make their money it’s not cool and and receipt she provided doesn’t even have the total she wrote it in BEware as you would be overcharged
Update 4pm salad was disgusting the chicken had a foul smell and after taste. Throw it out. Before I get food poisoning
I truly love Tom’s !! I think it gives an old-school diner, vibe and look!!
The food and the people operating it are amazing. This place has so much potential, especially being on one of the busiest streets in the whole city.
I would hope to look forward to some type of exterior and interior remodel, hoping to keep that old diner look
I would recommend people to come here on the days that they are actually open and unfortunately there are days throughout the week that they are randomly closed and are definitely losing business because customers are ready but they are not open . Come by at your own will.
It's a rainy day so we stopped in for some yummy warm food. We weren't disappointed! The only thing we didn't like is that we were the only patrons. Please give them your business. Family feel, fresh food, nice people. Will go again!
The owner older lady needs to give it a rest she's rude, she should hire a nice person to run the drive threw. She has gotten our order wrong numerous times and given us old sodas and a pitiful amount of fries for 30 Dollars.
I pulled into the drive thru to grab a quick drink.. there was a car ahead of me and no other cars in the parking lot. I ordered a lemonade and then proceeded to wait about
8 minutes before I backed out and left. The other car was still waiting
