I went here for the first time after The Eagles concert. It was packed with people but the place is big enough to contain such a happy crowd. We found a nice little table in the back room, away from the loud TVs and shared a couple of apps and conversation. Our server was really kindly and welcoming, upbeat and attentive while tending to the needs of a horde of hungry people. She set the vibe for a fun and relaxed date. 10/10 would come here again.
We hadn't been here in years but wanted a bite to eat before the Eagles concert. It was packed of course but service was fast and the food came quickly. Cajun rub chicken wings and a cheeseburger and fries were all good. Lots of TVs to watch sports. I love this place!
Kris, I believe his name was, was only server/bartender in there. He did awesome making sure we had everything we needed. Multiple table visits and filled up my drink right away. He gave my son a gift “From Tom”, a little Wild Zamboni-so cool! Food was awesome, my son never eats all his chicken tenders but he devoured these and asked how they made them so good. Nachos were really good as well! Burger was tasty.
THE premier hockey bar in the Twin Cities. Atmosphere and decor are everything a hockey fan could want. The bar just keeps going, so even though it is packed, there is a place for everyone. The poutine is amazing, and I highly recommend it as a personal entrée. The service is quick and very friendly. Full bar and a good selection of draft beer. To top it all off, we got to meet the man himself. The only reason we left this place is because the lights came on and we had to go home.
Our server did not do a very good job. It took almost 20 minutes to get a water and a beer. We then had to get up and go to the bar to get refills because our waitress walked by our table 10 times without checking on us. The bar was not very busy, so I'm scared to go back (during a Wild game) when I know it will be much busier.
Went here for a late lunch today. I had the street tacos with al pastor meat (sweetened pork with pineapple chunks) and my husband had a cheeseburger and fries.
I got three tacos, loaded with meat, onions and cilantro, refried beans, Spanish rice and lime wedges. Our server, Kris, recommended the meat and he was spot on! It was excellent.
The rice and beans were also very good. My husband's burger was cooked to a perfect juicy med rare, and had wonderful flavor.
His fries were the skinny ones that we love and were super good. Our server, Kris, was excellent! Very neat and clean in the restaurant and in the bathroom. I highly recommend this restaurant. Their prices are a bit steep but so is everywhere else these days. Also the portions are so huge, we both brought home a bunch of leftovers.
Food is pretty good for a bar. Service is hit or miss. They have drinks bar service or a server, and sometimes drinks on ice for purchase. Lots of TVs, but we asked 7 times to get a particular game on a single TV until they changed it. Atmosphere, bathrooms, and patio are all not bad. Better bars on West Seventh but also worse ones. Good spot to go before or after Wild games
Great food, great service. First time visiting this location and I will have to come back and try some other items on the menu as they have some different choices and they all sounded good! Was in during an off peak time and it was great.
