I’ve had multiple experiences at this place and every time it is five star
Tom seemed very into treating his customers right on my first visit where he gave an estimate that was higher than what was made from the pictures but waiting for August the 7th he had close to 2 months in contacting the insurance company with his estimate numbers, I called a week prior my scheduled appointment leaving my new number and asking if everything was still a go and never heard anything from this shop.
This place rocks! They did an outstanding job on my car repair after a deer collision. The work only took 3 days, they made dealing with the insurance company and car rental (Enterprise) easy and everyone was very professional and friendly to deal with as well. My husband was so pleased, he is bringing his truck to them in the spring to have his rocker panel fixed. Highly Recommended!!!

I used Tom and Dales previously when my new Tundra Pro Series had "rail dust" all over it. When they were finished with it...it was just so perfect.
Unfortunately. Around New Years of 2016 a woman ran a red light and we collided. I knew without a doubt my truck would be repaired no where else but Tom and Dales.
And I wish I could post befote and after pictures in this site! As my Pro Series looks showroom! Just absolutely stunning.
Tim and Dales are professional and their work is stupendous. As far as I am concerned there is no place but Tom and Dales for collision services.

I've used Tom and Dale's for over 10 years - 3 rust/paint touch-ups and two major front-end reconstructions. Their work is first rate and they have been a pleasure to work with.
Although they had a lot of hiccups with working on the car and they were behind schedule day didn't awesome job and I am very impressed with their work and I would recommend them to anybody. Me also being in the automotive business sometimes things happen and a lot of people don't understand that; my theory, anything that walks talks moose is mechanical expect a problem here or there....
