Tollivers Body shop did a great job for a great price on my 4-Runner.

Our car was never fixed after almost 7 weeks of waiting.
We had a minor body work issue that required the front bumper to be replaced on our vehicle. Our initial quote sounded great, with the promise of a turn around time of a few days.
Almost seven weeks later- after being told by Mr. Toliver that they were working on our car and couldn’t find the parts anywhere in town/had to special order parts, the business phones being turned off, no calls back to us for updates as we requested, four in person visits, and lastly our call to the parts manufacturer we learned:
The parts for our car were never ordered by this shop because they have an outstanding balance to manufactures and aren’t paying for parts on time.
This business may have been well run in the past, but I think those days are behind them.
Please do not take your car here- and if you do, double check the progress of your vehicle, or you might find yourself very out of pocket like we are.

When we picked our vehicle up to take it to a different auto shop we asked for the original bumper back, and the fog lights/lining that we had left inside our car and that were now missing:
This shop had been trying to fix our original bumper while stringing us along to tell us they were ordering a new one. Very dishonest practice.
These are the nicest people you will ever meet. Great business practices, super friendly, great price for my repair. Did a wonderful job. I will be coming here for now on for my body repair. Thank you guys for all your help. Just a nice family owned business. Very happye
Do not take your car here. This place took 6 weeks to put a bumper on, a rim and tire. They kept giving excuses, and repeatedly lied on it being done. When we finally go to pick it up it's not even got a tire on it! They had it for 6 weeks then told it was ready to sorry we got the wrong size tire! Really! There is no way I would refer a soul to this place. I've never seen nor heard of any service like this. I'm sure it's because they were paid up front. I don't even give it 1 star.
My 1998 Dodge Ram truck just left their shop yesterday. It is absolutely beautiful! Excellent work by excellent people! God bless you Mr. Tolliver.
wonderful body shop that made my 2013 bmw look like new. Responsive and priced fairly. I will use Tolliver's again.
Let me tell you, just keep on driving past this place, your gut feeling is right!
Let's start with "your car should be ready in 3 days" 19 days later. I got, "our worker called in sick" for an entire week. okay so you would think 19 days to fix a bumper, a tail gate latch, and 2 turn signals easy right... Bumper isn't attached right, tail gate doesn't work, turn signal doesn't work. Short of painting the bumper that I am sure was a salvage piece since the clips all on it where broken, I am having a really hard time figuring out what took 19 days and why the bill came out to 850 dollars. Should have known when I pulled up and saw the way the business looked not to leave my car there.
Lots of cars. They are always busy which means they are getting something right for people to patronize them that much. Tolliver is very experienced and he has experienced staff members that are loyal, experienced and customer oriented.
