Did good on frame work and exhaust. Did not do good on anything else, had them install some handles in my truck and they didn't install them correctly, also broke the plastic part so we had to fix it as soon as we brought my truck home. Also don't leave anything in your vehicle you don't want them going though. They went through everything in my dash/middle console and took my receipts. I keep all of my receipts from repairs. They took them out and kept them. We had to go back and ask for them back. They also left tons of scratches on my truck in the week they had it
I was on a road trip and a far way away from home when my engine temperature light came on. I found most shops closest to me were closed, so I made my way to tolberts & although it was a busy Saturday morning, they got me in quickly with no appointment. The gentleman working on my vehicle walked me though and showed me everything he was doing & even gave me a card so I could call if I had any other issues. I’m so thankful they were able to help me on such short notice & help get me home safely!!
Honesty is always the best policy to conduct mechanic business and these guys will tell you what you do or don't need to be fixed or replaced unlike any dealership that is out to get more money! These guys takes it seriously and will be honest to your needs!
Called for a wheel bearing replacement price and the associate who answered the phone was loud and very rude. Was not actively listening to what I was saying. Customer service sucks
Said he could clean out my converters check engine light might come on but the engine could breath and run great. WRONG. I am now educated about $800.00 worth and not to mention the $400.00 for them to destroy my exhaust. -5 stars would be what I would rate this outfit. Go to Benny's be patient even if you pay double you still save by not using that shop.
I called this place and they seem to be clueless about volvos. I wouldn't dare take my car there. It seemed like they didn't want to talk to me just come in so they can make money. Pardon me, I'm big on customer service. If you're not nice to me, take time for me, or knowledgeable about automobiles, I'm definitely not going to their shop. That's just me tho ????
Over priced and not quality work
Had a new muffler put on and cleaned out my catalytic converter. Did a good job on the work and fair price. I would go back
