Not sure how the food is so hit or miss here. Ordered again tonight after ordering a couple weeks back and having my shrimp come out like crackers. Came back because I love Tokyo Joes but this location is just not it. I ordered the Salmon Mango roll and I don’t know why it smells like peanuts?, it’s warm and everything just looks old and discolored, very sketchy sushi wise. I just tossed it. My fault for trying again☹️
This is a hard review as it's coming from an addict member. I placed my order and the young man who took my order. Did not give me my drink. Nor did he ask me if I was an addict member. I waited for about 20 minutes. Then I had to leave as my lunch was over. I went up to a front where another gentleman. I told him and gave him my number that I had to go if he could make the food to go. I'm an addict member for numerous years. And this by far has been the worst visit ever.
I have food allergies coupled with cleanliness issues. Allen is the GM at this location and he is one of the few people dealing with food who gets it. I observed this man, he is wonderful. He totally understands cross contamination. I must have observed him washing his hands and putting on new gloves at least a half dozen times in a half hour. He is personable, and listens! I wish there were more restaurants that understood the importance of proper food preparation and service. I have witnessed people sneeze, cough, clean their nose, pick sores, scratch their scalp, use the bathroom and not wash their hands and then handle food without washing first. Of course I walk out. Try this location and ask for Allen or Shane!
I enjoy eating here very much! I gave 3 stars because the girl in the front that took my order was very unpleasant and rude. She looked miserable and like she hated her job. YOU chose to work there fix the attitude.

Service has always been good. I've experienced several food mishaps (standard menu options, nothing complicated at all). The black tea has been consistently overly bitter lately as well, even when letting staff know. I hope these things will be improved on. The food has always been delicious.
This place is Great!! We love the people and the food was awsome. And it's so close to us. You guys go if your anywhere close. It's really good!!
