HORRIBLE service from the woman in the photo. Please fire her. When I arrived the place was empty, my husband and I were the only ones there. We ordered two milk teas and one slush. There was a second worker there (a male) who originally took our order and was kind and efficient. He started making our drinks but had to pause as several new people entered the store and needed to order too.
The male worker asked the female worker to come help make drinks. She was slow and acted inconvenienced, walking around with her headphones on and looking down at her phone a lot. Thanks to the man, we got our two milk teas right away. But then we waited 20 minutes for the woman to make our slush. She waltzed around for a while in the back filling buckets with ice and refilling the ice everywhere. When she finally did start making the slush drink, I was relieved, only to find out she made it for the person who ordered AFTER I DID and not for me. Once she finally made mine, she left it sitting in the blender for a while and went back to walking around. Then made its way into a cup and was again left in the lid sealing machine for a long time while she disappeared. Finally the male worker noticed and asked me what I was waiting on and handed me my drink.
There is no way a woman as incompetent as her should be working here. I shouldn’t be waiting 30 minutes on a drink while she plays on her phone and does laps around the store. Please rectify this.
This place is Highly recommended. We ordered Tonkustu ramen, hibachi chicken and Oreo wow milk tea with boba. The food and the drinks are delicious! The staff are helpful and friendly! They offer lunch specials on weekdays which is reasonably priced.
I visited Token Ramen for the first time yesterday, 11/1/2023. The service was great, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I ordered the chicken wings, gyoza, and Tonkotsu Ramen. The chicken wings were nice and crispy, and gyoza was juicy and filled with all kinds of pork and veggie goodness!! The dipping sauces for both the chicken wings and the gyoza were delicious! The Thai sweet and sour is definitely my favorite, though. The Tonkotsu Ramen was amazing, from the pork infused broth to the soft boiled egg. I added in some soy sauce and sriracha, which amplified the flavors of the ramen for me. I will definitely be returning to try other ramen bowls and mix things up with some of their additional ramen toppings.
Cute spot, service was fast. It was smaller inside than expected but it wasn't busy when we got there so it wasn't an issue. Food was good. Not bad for a quick bite.
The best ramen I've had in the United States. I ate the whole thing and wanted more because of how good it was, I just couldn't eat anymore. The gyoza was also very tasty, but man that mega pork chasu ramen, delicious.
Just a heads up I got food poisoning here. It took me a while to decide to write this for review coming from the Restaurant business. But no one deserves to be put in this situation, especially when you are paying for it. The Soup (broth) had a very off flavor to it and it was warm but not the usual. Being hungry and a bit naïve, I was just assuming that this was something different that I had in the past, since it was the first time I had tried them out. This is only the second time in my life that I’ve had food poisoning and it was one of the worst nights of my life. Hopefully, they’ve straightened out the kitchen situation.
Good portion good flavor first time here I will try the others soups next time it was good so looking forward to trying other dishes
I love when I ask for a bit of extra soup for my ramen and they are not stingy and just give me what I ask for. The ramen has good taste ????
