I went here to get my nails done for a school dance, I asked for a simple French tip but in green on my natural nail, it was terrible. Half my nail was green, instead of just the tip. I could have done it better myself and I suck at nails. My friend came with me and she wanted to get a set of fake nails, and they were going up. Like literally pointing up... she asked for a normal white and nude French tip, It was super chunky and half off her nail wasn't even painted you could see where they glued on the fake nail, she said that they were super harsh and did.not listen to her about anything. They got glue all over her fingers. She said she called them for a refund but they never answered, even after a couple messages. I do not recommend this place. There are way better nail salons nearby, not worth the price.
They were able to see me that day but it was 2 hour wait. The problem is my nails didn’t last a day. The paint chipped badly last. The nail lady hurt my point finger so badly it was loose from the nail bed. I told her about my health issues and explained that it hurt. She just told me to Toughen up. This was at Halloween. I am writing this now because it’s not the best. I was there only once before and they didn’t clean my nails completely before repainting them. I kept asking questions why are you not taking it off she said you won’t see it. I gave them two chances to make a fair statement. Ir only gets a 2 star for the appointment that day. Although I wished I never went.
I so enjoy going there. The atmosphere is always great. They genuinely ask, "How have you been?" They even remember what you told them last time. Awesome place to go. Prices are not bad either.
Worse nail job I’ve ever had done. Terrible quality. They were rushed and messy. My nails look like a child did them. Not worth the money.
I drove to the salon yesterday to make an appointment. When I walked in, I told the woman who greeted me I wanted to make an appointment to get a manicure and pedicure. She said," We're too busy! We're full!"
There was only one person in there, but I said, "I understand, that's why I want to make an appointment. "
She said, "We're so busy! Let me check the schedule"
She looked at the schedulebook then said, "i have 9 am; You can come at 9 am?."
I said yes and she got my name and tephone number.
When I arrived at 9 am, she directed me to sit in a chair and put my feet in the water.
A little while later a man came in and handed met a 5 page set of cardboard. " These are for gel?" I asked, and he said yes.
They were not attractive. On the cardboard they appeared dull with no sheen. I didn't like any of them."This all you have? I asked, "This is your entire selection for gel polish?"
He said yes.
"I'm sorry,"I said, "but I don't like any of these."
He looked at me for a second as if he were confused, then said,You just wanted a pedicure, yes?"
I said, No, I booked a manicure and a pedicure. "
The woman came running over. "I talked to you on the phone yesterday and you said pedicure only!"
I corrected her. "I came here in person yesterday, showed you my hands, and told you I needed an appointment for a manicure and a pedicure."
She said,"We're too busy! We don't have time to do both!"
The man asked. "Do you want to go ahead get the pedicure today, and make an appointment for a manicure later?"
That was it for me.
"No,I don't want just a pedicure," I said, I'll just leave." and I did.
Have never experienced such unprofessional behavior; and cannot recommend them. Besides that, if what the man showed me was truly their only gel selection, they don't have anything that I want anyway!. WILL NOT RETURN.
I will never step foot in this place again. There are two signs in their front window that say walk-ins welcome! I walked in & there was only one person getting their nails done. The available nail tech was doing nothing.. but told me she did not have time to do my nails!! Well... I don't have time to waste on a business that doesn't do what they promise to do! I could have waited a few minutes!! But that was never offered!!
Great service, friendly and accommodating staff. I love my nails! Will use again.
I'm from TN, and I came to see my friend for the weekend. We decided to get out nails done. Honestly, I will never go anywhere else. These ladies are hilarious. I was entertained the whole time. Every other nail salon I go to the don't even speak to me. I had a bubble in one of my nails and as soon as she noticed it she fixed it. They did cut up with customers but it was in English so everyone knew what was being said...it was also in good fun. If you don't have a good sense of humor go somewhere else, but if you want good time and good service go there.
