The service was great! The atmosphere.. although a bit crowded for my taste was still very pleasant and chill! And the food was top notch. My compliments to the chef that morning! We will def be returning to try more food!
Love this place. Can’t believe how many people were here on a Friday morning. The food was great, services is great atmosphere great. We made reservations ahead of time so we didn’t have a wait. The salmon and grits have been on my mind and taste buds since I left. My toddler loved the mac and cheese, bacon lemonade. I highly recommend the tarot drink!!!!
My friend treated me to Toast on Lenox for my birthday dinner on last Wednesday February 28, 2024, which was the day after my Birthday. We had reservations for 12, parking was not terribly bad considering it’s in a shopping center. The atmosphere was very nice and the people and staff were very friendly. It was really busy for a Wednesday at lunch time. I’m like thinking is it always like this through the week. We received our food fast and when I tell you it was good and seasoned to perfection. We also ordered pineapple mimosas which were really good also. Our waiter was nice and very knowledgeable he even sang Happy Birthday which they don’t do.There were a lot of great spots for a photo which my friend and I took advantage of. This was my first time here but I definitely plan on going again.
Our group was winding down the birthday celebration of a friend, and reserved a visit here, well worth it!
Food was good, especially these biscuits!
Only drawback is the surprise bill: parties of 6 or more are automatically added as one check!! This was an unpleasant surprise.
Please let your guests know this beforehand to avoid confusion.
I've been to Lenox twice. The first time there was some type of situation with someone from the staff, the police was there for a minute, they kept it going and professional during whatever was happening happened but it was scary. In both occasions food was on point. So delicious and the portions are decent enough to get you satisfied which is great considering their prices. It's definitely a brunch that can easily be over $100 for two people. We paid little over that around $118. In that sense it can be a bit expensive, specially the drinks. Plus they charge 18% gratitude on all bills even if it's just you eating. Be ready for that. The tip thing as you know is getting out of control so I don't know how I feel being charged for it waiting giving me the power to decide particularly when the staff expects you to give them more tip in top of the gratitude. By the way the charge the 18% gratitude even for take out orders.
Again, food is good, the place is nice, go threat yourself if you can afford it.
This place did not disappoint. As a real foodie and quality assurance professional, I was extremely pleased. Our server Sapphire was the best! She was so friendly, informative, and efficient. She gave us recommendations, and we oredered it all. The wings and biscuits were to die for. You get 3 for the appetizer. We had to order more. They were that good. Seasoned so well. And OMG! The Strawberry Shortcake French Toast. I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical. Thought it would be sugar overload, but it wasn't. All the flavors and ingredients complimented each other very well. Had to talk to the Manager Nina. She sat at the table with us as we shared our compliments and a few laughs. The space was very inviting and relaxing. You don't feel cramped at all for seating. Make a reservation. It's definitely a great brunch spot. I'm keeping Toast on my list
I’ve visited Toast on 2 separate occasions. The First time I sat at the bar since I came alone. I ordered a drink, crab cakes & French toast. Everything was absolutely amazing. The 2nd time I sat at a half booth/half towards the back. My server was Caleb, he was very nice. I ordered Brussels sprouts for an appetizer & the honey hot chicken wings for my entree (not pictured). I enjoy the food here but the only thing I don’t like is that they give you 90 minutes to eat your food & they won’t sear you until everyone is physically on the restaurant. I had a few friends who were parking that they wouldn’t seat us until you walk in. When they were telling us about the 90 minute rule & the searing rule I thought to myself it’s hard to support black owned businesses when they make up rules like this. Even at top of the line restaurants I’ve never been told only 90 minutes, which was only a problem because I was meeting up with my friends that are women to catch up and enjoy some good food. I can semi understand the searing rule because most restaurants won’t seat you unless half the party is there (which half our party was there). Also I know they deal with a lot of people and daily and have to repeat the same question over & over again but it would be nice (especially for the hostess) to not say things with an attitude. I formerly worked in a restaurant and patience will serve the hostess well. We did see a celebrity here while dining, I won’t mention the name as she was with a minor & I’m sure she deserves privacy too. Needless to say I would certainly go back & share the details of my visit.
The food here was absolutely amazing. I would come back to Atlanta just to come here. The service was not as good as it should have been. Our waitress was very very nice, but MIA a lot of the time, which is annoying. Had to ask other staff for drink refills, took 27 minutes for her to come back to take our order after an acai bowl to share as a starter was brought to the table. Again, she was very nice but we have been finished eating for 15 minutes now and i would like the check, but she is no where to be found.
