First time here and I can say I will definitely be back. My husband and I both got the avocado toast, I got an iced mocha and he got the Tre leches iced coffee. All of it was phenomenal. And the staff were super friendly. Only thing I would change would be that the avocado toast have a little less arugula on it.
This place is fantastic! I came in on my lunch and seeing that it was super busy I was a little worried about getting my drink and food in time to leave. I also noticed that a sing slice of their Lox toast was $9 which was a little concerning. However, once I got the toast I completely understood the price. The slice was larger than my whole hand and stacked high with salmon! I had to use both hands just to hold it. The coffee was a perfect as well. I asked the cashier what was in the Honey Bear coffee and she explained it was oat milk, honey, coffee, cinnamon powder and cinnamon syrup. I know that many coffee shops make their drink far to sweet for my taste so I requested they don't add any syrup.
The coffee came out incredible. Sweet from the honey but not over powering the coffee flavors. I will be back soon!
Super cute new place!! Decor is cute, staff is friendly and most important coffee is delicious! Lots of different food options as well. Editing to add after a mishap with my smoothie bowl, they were extremely helpful and extremely apologetic. I would definitely recommend this place!
Omg! Amazing place. My chai was hot, fresh and yummy and the food was 10/10. The toast was bigger than I thought. My only “complaint” is it was so busy there was no where to sit and people were fighting for tables! I’m so happy that are so successful
Had a very yummy breakfast this morning at Toast and Roast! My husband and I shared the two slices of "Good Morning, McHenry" toast which is everything I love in a breakfast! That sauce on top exploded with flavor, I can see why it's called their signature boom sauce???? I also got a toffee latte made with oatmilk that I drank dangerously fast, and my husband got their "Nutty Nana" smoothie that he really enjoyed. I was excited I was able to try it too since it was made with almond milk! They have milk alternatives and a variety of menu items that I look forward to trying in the future, a very friendly staff that helped me decide what coffee I would like best and a nice, clean environment! 10/10 would recommend????
Went to Toast and Roast for a coffee and breakfast, and was very satisfied with my experience! I got a 16 ounce Mocha coffee and a bowl of mini pancakes, which were so delicious! Will be going again when I'm in town!
The food is so fresh, coffee was spot on and everything is aesthetically pleasing! You get a lot of food for the price and the food came out quickly. Highly recommend!
Decided to check this place out today after hearing it opened and I’m so glad we did! Such a great place, people, and food! I loved the figgy sandwich and my husbands ice coffee was great. Plus huge pretzels!
