Travis was AWESOME! He came to the rescue. Definitely great customer service and excellent communication from start to finish. Highly recommend!!

Back in the end of April I got my first flat tire and ended up stranded on the side of the freeway. It was very early in the morning on a Sunday and no other towing companies were open or had anyone in office. Thankfully Travis was available and responded quickly and efficiently so I could get back on the road. $70 well spent as the level of service was amazing and he was very kind.

Our truck died out of nowhere. I found Trav with a quick Google. He made it to us in 10 minutes, jumped the truck and hung out for a bit to make sure there weren’t any other issues. He said he covers all of Utah, which is very comforting to know!

Tracis the owner showed up to my tragic accident on I15, and swooped in like superman. The shear care and attention to detL his tow operator showed and skill to gently put the trailer up and down without damaging the thin metal wheel hub was amazing. He got my little trailer towed to my sons apt in draper at 11pm on a Sunday night. I was hit by a drunk driver and he fled, HPatrol was less than helpful, but this guy made it bearable. Remember to keep this TnT in your back pocket!

Travis is legitimately the type of person our world needs more of.

I met Travis by coincidence on I-15 during a record breaking heatwave in July. My vehicle had suddenly stopped in the middle lane and I was unable to move out of traffic. The fact that I was stuck on the highway, in the middle of the day, and had cars zooming past me at above 70+ miles, you could imagine it was one of the most stressful situations I had ever been in. By the good graces of a higher power, Travis happened to be right behind me and see the situation unfold. He took time out of his day and stopped to assist me; he stopped traffic directly behind me, helped me remain calm, and helped me get off the interstate once my car was able to turn back on.

After having helped me get to a safe location, he continued to take time out of his day and help me assess my situation. He provided me a ride to an auto-parts store, and even helped me work on my car—all for FREE and WITHOUT having been asked.

He truly was a professional and a great person to have around during a stressful moment. If I/family/friends ever need roadside assistance, I know who to contact.

My husband and I were driving home from SLC headed down the freeway in the evening, when we suddenly got a flat tire. That night was busy with traffic. We were in the carpool lane and had to immediately pull to the far right lane to park. We were in the most inconvenient spot with very little space for even our car. We were just about to call for non emergency help due to all the traffic, when we saw a vehicle with green and white lights park behind us. Travis was so kind and immediately introduced himself and offered to help. With no expectation in return he took out his tools and helped my husband quickly put on our spare tire so that we could move from that busy freeway. We are so grateful for this kind gesture from TNT Roadside Assistance who not only went out of their way to help us with nothing in return but for the professionalism and sense of urgency that was shown while helping us. We now know who to call when in need of roadside assistance help.

Blew a tire off the freeway near Centerville and Travis came out right away. He was so incredibly helpful even though he couldn’t change the tire since our car didn’t have a spare. He stayed and made sure we had a tow truck and directed us to a good tire place. He didn’t want to charge us since he couldn’t fix the issue. Truly a wonderful human being. Can’t say enough good things about him. Thank you Trav!!!
