Almost every Friday we get pizza. Usually from here. And 9 times out of 10 we have to cut the pizza at home. It's like they don't even try. Or they use the dullest blade in Springdale. And the slices couldn't be more inconsistent on size. The center of the pizza is a mushy mess. Super greasy. It's good, sometimes. But nothing I'd recommend.
I love this place. The buffalo chicken pizza is literally my favorite pizza of all time. Discovered this place when I was traveling for work and now that I live in pittsburgh. I try and make my way here as often as possible. Also, check out the chicken tenders and fresh cut fries also ???? soo delicious. ????
The pizza is now in my top ten in the Pittsburgh area Not living over this way or having it before will never happen again. Really good all around pizza. The flavor is just amazing. It doesn’t look nearly as good as it tastes! I definitely recommend the place and will be back again. Staff was cool to talk to and even got to hear some Johnny Cash playing when I picked up my pie.
The only reason why I'm giving a two start instead of a one is because the food is actually really good but the customer service is awful. My wife and I are new to the area and figured we give tnt a try. After I got home from picking up my food I realized my order was wrong. After I tried calling 5 times that evening, I eventually got a hold of someone the next day who said they would credit our account. We decided to give them another try and to my dismay re never received any credit to our account and once again our food was wrong. Even though the food is good, we will no longer be supporting this business.
Greasy pizza anyone? Fingers crossed this doesn't happen to you. I emailed them for a redo and never herd back from them. My business will go to from Italy ????????. And receipt even states it should've been well done! Quality control ????.
Used to be a big fan of this place but the last couple of times we have ordered from them, the pizza was still raw and the breadsticks were just covered in oil. I didn't realize how oil soaked the box was until I saw my shirt had been ruined from holding it against me.
I understand that businesses are dealing with all kinds of hurdles these days but as a small business owner you need to take time to invest in proper training and quality control otherwise you’re only hurting yourself and your reputation by not doing so.
The first time I ordered a pizza from here it was good. The second time however it was under cooked and doughy.
Today I found out why TNT Dynamite Pizza & Hoagies is one of the best in Springdale. I had my large supreme in just 15 minutes and it was delicious..... judge for yourself from my photo!! Great Staff and clean restaurant. Easy in and Easy out from street. I highly recommend.
