Saw this guy around 11am today on 27 West driving aggressively through traffic. I was very concerned for my safety as the driver initially passed the car I was riding in from the right, and then cut over from the right lane into the left lane in one maneuver with no signal light as well. He then proceeded to make the same dangerous maneuver back into the right lane. Those actions are dangerous and can easily cause an accident. If there was a car on the truck, the extra weight would definitely make the truck lose control, and maybe even tip.
I also noticed there was a “Help Wanted” sign in the rear window. I hope you replace this man with a professional.
Very ride and unprofessional staff, this is one of the worst places, they do what ever they want with peoples personal property, My car disappeared under there care, i called and they said that they literally threw my car out without even giving me a notice or warning about anything and the car is still registered under my name and im still paying insurance for it also the just threw the car out with all my important documents personal items including all my childrens stuff backpack stroller car seat ect...... and also the most important the licence plates how they can do something like this, if i could i will give it 0 stars this place does not deserve to be open and operating, im going to sue this place for negligence. I suggest people no to trust this location they are horrible people.
From the moment “Will” got to the scene of my family’s accident after being called by the police he was on top of things. Confident, attentive and professional. The claims contact at TNT “Tanya” was very helpful and informative during the short time they had our vehicle. While we ended up transferring our damaged new car to a family friend’s shop, I’m thankful for the professionalism shown by the two people I mentioned above at TNT during the initial stages of our claim.
My experience with T&T Autobody Towing was great and, quite frankly, a lifesaver. This is my first time ever needing to be towed really, but the experience was stress-free thanks to my rep, Sebastian (AKA Columbia). He asked for details on the car’s condition, its running state, and checked out the problem under the hood himself with me. Afterwards, he advised me on how to properly get it fixed while en route back to my house amidst generally pleasant conversation. He was gentlemanly, kind, and sweet - a good and sincere person. My car was left perfectly in place for it to be repaired and checked out later, but should I ever require autobody assistance ever again, T&T will be the first ones I’ll call.
I had a bad neck with these people I changed the gasoline pump they charged me 300 for the part. and 400 for labor at 3 months was damaged. and I replaced it but they charged me again 400. total paid $1100 dollars for a gasoline pump. i feel robbed don't go to tha place
No Stars an absolute nightmare(sadly that choice isn't available)...possibly looking to do class action lawsuit. After reading the reviews on multiple sites this seems to be the trend not the exception. Clearly dragged their feet at every opportunity to accrue storage fees! First instance was the "LOT" guy wasn't around to check to see if my vehicle was taken to their location...took 8hrs to find a vehicle that was right out their backdoor(on a lot that is maybe 150x150). Would not even let me come look when I offered. After signing release form to have vehicle taken somewhere else for repairs took them 3 days to figure out fees since their billing guy wasn't around!! That is the short story it is much more entailed. If anyone is interested in joining in class action comment below I will keep an eye out.
I will never bring my car back here again!! Nor would i recommend it to anyone!! Do yourselves a favor and look elsewhere for auto repair. They did a half ass job, my car makes noises it never made before and may i also mention they left their greasy fingerprints all over my ceiling. They left damages on my car, made excuses for the damage they did and don’t even have the decency to even get a call back!!

The driver was very efficient and proficient. He had my car up on the flat bed in no time and had me to my destination in no time. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
