Don’t use Clovis truck wash/TLM express/flatland feeds Inc.. I used them to get my trailer washed out and when I pulled into their washbay, they made me go over some ramps and those ramps tore part of my skirting off on the right side of my three week old brand new truck, And then told me they weren’t responsible for damages.

After filing my complaint against said company. I didn’t expect much resolution, but one could hope. Todd Muse called me yesterday, and I probably shouldn’t have spoke to him, But didn’t have anything to hide. And I’m all for a peaceful solution. He commented how he wished I had gone to him rather than to the AG and I informed him I did try but that his workers were unwilling to do anything. So he asked me what happened and I told him, and even my explanation of what might of caused it, and then he said ok I’m ready to file my response and got off the phone rather quick.
I. The response he alleges I drove over these ramps too fast and the front slammed down. Nothing close to what I said. So at this point I just chalk it up to him being a person of little moral character or integrity. And only out to make a buck at anyone else’s expense. I had already spent the money to get the truck fixed, so all this was an opportunity for you TODD MUSE to do the right thing and well well, you have failed and will plaster this everywhere I can to make people aware of your crooked ways.
In the end, I have video of everything his guys said and didn’t say and what actually happened, but at this point it would take more money to prove a point than it did to fix things.
If you are coming here for a wash out good luck!!! Better get it somewhere else been here a hour and still nobody has yet to show up!!!

Trailer washout $60 cash. ONLY CASH !!! $60 for 5-6minutes of wash, and wash with regular water. Not foams or any odorless cleaning supply !!! Just wash with water. There pallet wood chips was inside trailer before and after washout too . All I lost is my drive time and money. If you have any load around this area, i highly recommend to stay away from this washout spot. Maybe I was unlucky but my service was a 0 star service .
They open 24/7 all year, have three shifts, so if you get there and don’t see no one just wait, you will get your trailer wash, I had a good experience with the staff and the job on my trailer (reefer) was great. Thanks !!
Got trl washed there one time so far. I do know they do not take Comcheck anymore for payment! Just a heads up!
Waited over an hour to get washed out. The worker said the next shift should have been here a long time before this, and he was leaving. May be a good idea to skip this one on a Sunday morning.
They're open 24/7. Don't bother calling. Just come and ring the bell and someone will open. They accept Comchecks too.
