Nice "country" truck stop! Very clean, well stocked with friendly staff. Has a number of showers as part of the restroom (contained in privacy stalls). They even made me what I wanted for breakfast at a VERY fair price. There is also a Chinese restaurant next door open Tues thru Saturday. TJ's is now on my favorites list!!
Homey and nostalgic. Has the wonderful ambiance of a little gas station/grocery store you'd find at a campground. (I don't know if they are affiliated with the place over the fence). Will definitely stop there again if we're ever in the neighborhood.
I used too drive for Pioneer years ago, came their too fuel and sleep. Always had good food and friendly staff. Quiet place too sleep. Too bad the papermill closed.
The service was great, the place was nice and clean n the portions we're more then Generous. For the all u can eat Haddock night, will definitely b back.

Love the convince of merchandise, reasonable prices & staff is always willing to accommodate a customer within reasonable request. Food is GREAT & cooked to order, prices are reasonable & owner & staff thrive to please every customer & do their best to make them feel important, comfortable, & excited to keep customer new or regular satisfied.. staff pushes to be very consistent, patient & presentable as well as the current women who is running business goes above & beyond to make sure everyone has a satisfying visit & they leave feeling at ease & treated like family!!
Good food, but limited menu after a certain time of day, they say it's only on Mon -Wed the rest of the week is supposed to be regular though. Showers are clean but segregated mens room has 2 and ladies room has 2. Ok but I team with my wife and have been in trucking for 25 years so I expected some places to be old school I was just happy to get a shower.
T j's truck stop is always amazing! From the freshly cooked food you can order to go or to eat N to the hamburgers or grilled hot dogs! You can grab and take with you to the bathrooms and even showers they have! I have never been there and not had their bathroom be very very clean! You can buy New Hampshire souvenirs and beer! And the people who work there are always extremely personable and helpful.
The food was amazing. (Had the buffet) the waitress was absolutely a joy and so pleasant (Diane). It was a wonderful breakfast.. Can't wait to come back again for breakfast..
