Dined in alone on a Tuesday at 1145. The place looks like it used to be an auto body shop or something, as it has a large garage door next to the entrance.
The inside is new, clean and modern, with appropriate decor. Lots of corrageted tin and local high school sports teams pictures, jerseys and memorabilia.
I sat at a booth and was promptly waited on. The menu is 1 page, front and back. There aren't too many options, which is super smart for a variety of reasons. I ordered a grilled chicken salad with ranch.
The food came out fast and looked visually appealing. This salad had lots of extras in it and on it that most eating establishments don't go the extra mile to do when they serve a salad. Not only does it give the salad extra colors, but additional textures and flavors. It tasted great.
Overall the facility was clean and comfortable. The speed of service was good, the staff I dealt with were polite and professional and the price was reasonable. A great experience. I would definitely eat here again.
We heard about TJ’s from their son online. So, we stopped by on our way through for supper. It was delicious, and the atmosphere is fun.
Our food was very good. I had a smothered Baller Fries, and Jim had a Homerun Burger Meal. Super yummy, good prices, great service. It’s winner.
Go check it out.
Drove 3 hours because of the reddit post.. it was worth it! I got the home run meal and it was delicious! They were busy but very friendly. The atmosphere is clean and inviting!
We stopped by for lunch today while traveling through town between Arizona and Canada. We tried the Rec Burger, the Buffalo Chicken sandwich, and TJ’s fries.
The food is excellent - made to order with fresh ingredients, and TJ’s fries have a small amount of an amazing parmesan topping. Instantly addictive!
Super-friendly, quick service. We ordered takeout, but the restaurant has a cool vibe for eat-in.
If you’re passing through Meade, it is worth the stop! There’s plenty of parking for RVs on the wide side streets - easy in and out for travelers.
Now that we’re hooked on TJ’s fries, WE WILL BE BACK!!
We just moved to Meade and right away TJ’s became a favorite for our family. We already have our favorite orders lol I personally will miss the tacos, but their burgers are amazing and customizable. It great because the hubby and I can sneak away for drinks and appetizers or we can take the whole family for a wholesome experience. And honestly, we love that it is family owned.
Our favorite is ordering take out:)
TJ’s fries, and cheese curds…. Yummy!
Stopped while driving from MN to AZ. Great service, food was very good and very friendly! My wife accidentally spilled her drink and staff were very nice about helping clean it up. Oh, and their onion rings are great!
Aspen and Dad were so kind and friendly accommodating our group. after a long motorcycle ride. Aspen was cheeky, thorough and fun to have as a server. Food for our group of 10 was fresh and hot. We enjoyed this easy to find spot with plenty of bike parking out front. Definitely a wonderful local dive with delicious tasty food and family friendly service. Go. Enjoy. Highly recommend
Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Great food, and absolutely fantastic service. It’s a family owned place, and you can tell that they put their heart and soul into this place. If you’re passing through, this should 100% be your stop
