Not sure if the other person who rated with one star is even talking about the same guy. My experience with Tito has been excellent. I had brought my vehicle in to get the air conditioner repaired. On the visit I dropped off my vehicle around 9:40 am and he already had three cars ahead of me and two more cars arrived while I was waiting to talk to him and have him look under the hood for the diagnosis, so apparently this guy is good because he is VERY busy. It is unlikely this guy could be as bad as the other reviewer had indicated with a terrible 1 star rating with this much business pouring in the first hour of business. He said the compressor would need to be replaced and I left the vehicle for him to work on it. Around 4pm I called and he did not answer and then I sent an inquiry text. An hour later at 5:30 I had not heard back yet. Around 6:30 pm I received 2 photos of the underside of the vehicle with a new compressor in place and a phone call where as he stated that he was close to getting the compressor in place and would be hooking up a broken electrical connection and putting in the coolant. At 8:15pm he called today that the air conditioner was fully installed and functioning well and if I would like to pick up now he would wait. I told him that I would pickup the next day. The next day I arrived and was told how much I owed and it was WAY lower than I had expected. Much lower than anywhere else, even with the extra time it took he kept his word on the original price quoted. The air conditioner works great and freezes us out, we usually have to turn it down low as it is so ???? and we are very ???? happy! I totally recommend this great mechanic and generally all around nice guy. 5 stars and thumbs up.
Tried to call about a simple rounding removal on a cover case for a vehicle and said he could not do it. I wouldnt ask them to service my engine if they can not even preform a simple task such as a rounded screw removal.
Hard working and very honest. I will forever bring my vehicle to them for any issues and regular maintenance. It’s nice to know honest mechanics still exist. Thank you for getting Black Betty running smoothly again. I appreciate it.

Tito's has always been very good to me it is a lift little difficult with the language barrier but I got by try them you like them
