The owner and her daughter both worked on my Senegalese twists after doing my little brother’s loc starter’s and both hairstyles came out so well! My parts are clean and uniform and they provided hair that matched the hair I brought because I didn’t bring enough. We also got there kind of late (I didn’t realize they closed at 5 pm on Saturdays) and yet they still finished both of our hair quickly and did such a great job! I’m waiting for my next paycheck but plan to send a hefty tip for both their work (: thanks so much!
A pleasant surprise. Titi was able to fit me a couple of hours after I called. Upon walking in Cabrielle got started right away. It wasn't crowded, but steady. Titi and Cabrielle were extremely kind, pleasant, and good customer service. I will definitely be back. I recommend Titi's Hair Braiding.
Today was came and received mid back large box braids that took about an hourif that to do. The service was very quick and they are very nice. She took her time with me and made sure that I was satisfied.
Titi is very pleasant; but when she asked her daughter to assist her with doing my, very simple, box braids, she made my braids super large. They aren’t the same size and there was no cleaning of braid, moussing down natural hair that was sticking out, etc. I’m so disappointed on my hair. No client should ever feel like they wasted money after getting there hair done 2 days prior. I paid 180 for these braids and an additional 60 for my daughter to be tortured in the chair, crying and her straight backs weren’t even neat. I won’t be going back and it’s disappointing because I really like titi. I just can’t waste anymore money.???? I hate to ask for refund because of how hard it is out here but Lord.

Called TITI in advance. Got to the shop to only find out.. it was her daughter on the phone. Not once did she stop me and correct me about who I was speaking with.. just kept acting like her mother. TITI has been doing my dreadlocks since I started them. 7 WHOLE YEARS. She knows exactly what services I need.. her daughter and niece acted so lost.. told them on the phone I wanted my hair washed, retwisted and styled with pipe cleaners. Her over the phone price changed when she seen the length of my hair when if it was actually the woman I called on the phone, we wouldn’t have had that problem. Then they said they don’t do retwists smh they didn’t have gel “strong enough” for my hair smh.. no real working sink.. went and grabbed hot water buckets somewhere in the back.. I told her just get off my hair and I was leaving. I really appreciate TITI for doing my dreadslocks all those years.. but today’s experience made me happy I found a better more professional place to get my hair done at.
