Guys, I am so lucky that the owner Solomon himself helped me personally. He carefully changed all the tires on my truck, great price, quality work!
Super kind and considerate guys that work there. They remembered my phone call and helped us even though we got there only about a half an hour before close. They caught an extra problem and made sure we understood it. The price was extremely affordable and more than fair. These guys are the best! I will definitely be coming here for future tire related stuff. Thanks again!
The mechanic there is extremely disrespectful, judges everyone without knowing anything about them calls them names and is the most disrespectful person I have ever talked to over the phone I tried to plan a appointment and all I got was insults this place needs better people, For the owner Solomon it’s the man covered from head to toe in filth and side eyes everyone, you have always been good to me but this one experience at Tirez and More had me thinking very differently. Hopefully you can get better staff to answer the phone and work on cars cause the way he acted over the phone was extremely childish and unprofessional. Do Better.
First of all I have to say that the owner, was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met since I move here to Kansas. It was late and my tire popped over a giant pothole on the road. I put my spare tire on but apparently it didn’t fit right and it was wobbling. It was the closest tire shop to me and I didn’t know what to expect. All I know was that it’s late and I needed help. Fortunately, they were opened late and eager to help me replace the tire right away. The prices were extremely reasonable. I will surely come back even if I have to drive from Lawrence. They know their stuff and do it with integrity!
I didn't get end up getting a vehicle, but would definitely return. The owner held a car for me for about a week while I was working with the bank. I called to tell him he could go ahead and let someone else buy it, and he even called me back to let me know he had other vehicles that he might be able to help with. Top notch customer service
I met the owner and staff they were very professional and respectful, he has the best deals and I was in and out with a new set of tires under 30 minutes! I will definitely be coming back!
Tires and more provided the worst service imaginable. I bought two new tires. Their employees broke my sensor. I took it back right after I noticed the sensor was broken. The employees that broke my sensor said that they didn't know how to calibrate it and I would have to wait for the owner. I waited 2 weeks for the owner and when I got there he refused to fix it saying that his employees did not break it. I am beyond disgusted.
To your response about fixing my tire sensor when I wanted.... I came back to your store 3 times and no one would help me. I really hope you treat your other customers with respect and when your employees break something you fix it. I guess I'm going to have to pay another company to fix what your company did.
People plz beware, this was the worst I have ever been treated and I hope nobody has to go through what I went through.
Times are hard enough out here without getting screwed over. All I was trying to do was buy 2 new tires and it turned into this mess!!
Affordable tires and easy to work with my car is a little lower then most with aftermarket suspension but they had no problem getting my car in and getting the tires changed I will definitely come back
