Do not trust this person! Just don't do it! He is a liar and is lazy! If I could give this company 0 stars, I definitely would do so! We had a utility trailer tire blow out in Detroit on I-75. We called Tires2U (they need to change their name to NoTires2U) right before 6 pm and was told they would be here in 40 minutes. They advertise that they are open 24 hours and that they come to you to fix your tire. The man said he had 2 utility tires in stock that he would bring. We were going to purchase a 2nd tire from him as a spare. We waited over an hour and heard nothing. We called back and he said he was still coming. We waited another hour and nothing. We called back again and he said he didn't know what size tires we needed (which was a lie) so we told him again and he said he would get them and come to us. We waited another hour and nothing. Now when we call, they (him and a woman that was also there) pick up the phone and then hang it up immediately or they let it go to voicemail. After calling them a couple of dozen times, he finally got tired of us calling and he texted (he didn't even have the decency to phone us, but texted instead) and said we don't have the tires (a lie). So here we are stranded in our car for the night as it's now 10:30 and everything is closed. Had he of told us the first time we called that he didn't have any tires (which still would have been a lie) we could have called somewhere else and probably have been on our way by now. He had the tire, he was just to lazy to come and put it on for us. Don't waste your time with this company. Call someone who needs and appreciates your business and is at the very least, honest! It is horrible that he has left us stranded on the road in our car with 2 little dogs for the night!

I called this company today just for them to pull up then had his lady call me to see if I can pull to the next exit I did that then boom they stop picking up which is very unprofessional and ghetto

My tire was blown out. No jack, spare or tire iron.

Called, gave my address. Antonio got here and pulled my wheel/tire off, removed the bad tire from the rim, put the other tire I happened to have back on and was done in maybe 12 minutes. Probably less. Antonio, thank you, brother. You were polite, efficient, knowledgeable, etc….

Great experience. I hope I don’t have to be in that position again. If I am I will call Tirea2U and hope Antonio comes out.

They were quick, but I found out a couple of weeks later that they put the wrong tire size on my car.

Hands down.. the best in town… quick service, no wait, and can fix any tire/rim issue on site! Thanks again…

Got a flat and stumbled across this place. Brought the tire to me and I was able to hop right back on the road. Highly recommend.
