MANNNNN! Let me tell you guys how AWESOME THIS PLACE IS! BEST PRICE BEST UNDERSTANDING AND COMPREHENSIVE TIRE SHOW IVE DEALT WITH I BROUGHT MY 2018 BMW 5 series in for a tire swap on these new wheels I got I messed up on the sizes twice like an idiot they made me pay a small fee and still were able to give me the correct tire sizes! Without even getting mad or angry best customer service I’ve dealt with in a long time this shop is a 30 min drive with no traffic from my neighborhood I would rather take that drive then go somewhere else! (This my car after putting the correct tire size and a wash) only reason they don’t get the full 5 stars it’s just a lil dusty in the parking lot they need to fix that up than I’ll come back and add the 5 star
I first met Rod and the brothers a few years back when I brought my VW in for a flat repair. They had been open for only a few months. These guys are hard-working, respectable, kind and honest. Every year I come by to swap out rims and always direct people towards them. Customer service and integrity is a lost art these days in the automotive industry, but Rod and the guys are restoring it. It brings me joy seeing their business continue to grow and prosper, year by year. You will not find a better tire shop on the island.
Serviced my wife’s & my vehicle in the same day. Awesome hard working guys that provide excellent quick service at very reasonable prices. Will definitely bring all our vehicles back when needed. Highly recommended!
The 3 Brother's that run this establishment are some of the nicest people I have met, they will go the extra mile to help you out and if you can't get to them cause you have a flat on the side of the road, guess what they will come to you and fix your tire while you sit comfortably in your vehicle, snow, rain, or shine, the reliability is incredible!!! This place is a joke. No lift just use jacks and Jack stands. Had no idea wheel needed spacer. No one speaks English. Signs all over saying if they break TPS sensors, they are not responsible. Never heard that in my life. Lug nuts were not even crazy right. Had to tighten it when got home. They lost my valve stem cap. When they set the bead on the tire they use the old starting fluid trick. And of course that was next to a whole bunch of flammable cans. They left the old wheel weight stickers on. Very noticeable. And I doubt it was balanced right considering the amount of weights used, and no weights on inboard location only outboard. Only reason why I can here is I needed a tire asap. Will never come here again.
They provide an amazing service, that’s why this is the only shop I TRUST. I wouldn’t change this place for any other, they changed my tires and not only that but they went out of their way and also took the time to paint my calipers, AND FIXED MY TPS!!! The crew always has a nice and positive energy with the costumers and they will never make you buy wrong or bad tires for your car just to make money off you, they are always willing to explain and let you know what’s best for your car.
