We highly recommend Tire Time! We were passing through Big Spring in our motorhome towing our pickup truck. We had a blowout on our pickup truck and it damaged the rim. We had a great tow truck driver that recommended Tire Time. They got us in and out, repaired and back on the road in 1 1/2 hours!!! We appreciate all their hard work to get us going again.
As a former tech of 3 days, who the hell puts lock tight on studs then torques them down? That is by far the STUPIDEST THING TO EVER DO. I could not be a part of the monkey show they have going on up there,
I went to get 2 tires and the 2 white guys that work in the back fixing tires I don't know if they are racist or they think they're too good to do something for a Mexican or they are just lazy period. Because I told them to check the air pressure on my tires and they didn't want to do it they just looked at me like who the hell are you, then they just left my spare tire thrown didn't even put it back where it was supposed to, I won't go to this place again but I would do something about it and get someone else worth the money.
I only took one step in the door and the counter person asked if she could help me
The bay area worker fixed my tire, was out on the road less than 30 minutes . That's 5 star service. 3rd time working with Tire Time
They had the socket key I needed and the price was reasonable. Not terribly friendly though. Acted like they were doing me a favor.
I did not have a good experience with this place. I was told to go there because they are quick. I pulled up to the garage where the tire is actually repaired. I see no other customers. I get out of the car and see a girl sitting in garage on her phone. She looked up at me and back down to her phone and continued what she was doing. I guess I was not worth her time. Another person comes in the garage from the back and looked and saw me standing there. And went to messing with a tire. Didn’t acknowledge me at all.
So finally a customer a guy comes walking into the garage and said he needs his tire fixed. Okay that’s what I need. But clearly I’m being ignored. The guy who just cut in front of me starts directing the person driving his car to move into the garage. As another man comes out from the office. I said “Well Okay, I will go somewhere else. And I get in my car and drive away. And they are looking like what did we do? Seriously! Is it because I’m a woman! That is bad business. No wonder all the other places are busy and they are not.
We were passing through Big Spring and had a flat about 5 miles outside of the town. After putting the spare on I searched for a nearby tire shop. This place had great reviews and now I know why. David the Service Manager was quick to come out and help us. He was very very friendly. He didn't have received size tires in stock. His customer service could have ended there but instead he called around and went to check at another shop to see if they had my tire in stock. When he found it he jumped in his truck and we followed him to the other shop. Wow right?!!? This man went above and beyond to help me and my family. We are from Austin TX. just traveling through and my biggest fear was a flat tire. I thank God for David helping me and my family out today. I will forever talk about Tire Time and the great customer service I received there.
We drove from Newport, RI to San Diego, CA. Along our trip a sensor stated we needed air now, so we took the next exit at Big Springs. We stopped at 7-11 and could hear the hissing of air escaping a tire. We changed out the tire to our spare and looked for a place that could repair a tire or buy a new one. We found Tire Town. Mike, the owner, came out and greeted us. They tried to repair the tire, but was unable to. He didn’t carry our tire size, so he called other shops in the area. Then drove my husband to that shop to purchase the tire. They switched out the tire and wished us a safe trip. Mike was so sweet and welcoming. It took about an hour from Mike greeting us to being back on the road. Mike is a wonderful person who has owned this place for 25 years. I would highly recommend people to come here for their tire needs.
