Waste of Time if You Own a BMW
I had a terrible experience here trying to get a wheel alignment done on my BMW. Despite three attempts, they never got it right, and the main manager was incredibly rude.
**1st and 2nd Visits:**
They told me to replace the control arms, which I did each time. However, the car still didn't respond to their adjustments.
**3rd Visit:**
I replaced all the arms and suspension components. This time, the car drove straight, but the steering wheel was tilted to the right. When I returned to have this fixed, the mechanics said they couldn't help any further and offered me a refund.
When I approached the manager for the refund, he was extremely rude, telling me, "I don't want to see this car here again." I did get my refund, but the attitude was unacceptable.
**Conclusion:**
While the mechanics try to provide good service, they should inform customers that they lack the skills for BMWs. They are nice guys, but the manager's behavior was deplorable. I found another place nearby within 20 minutes that fixed the alignment without any issues.

These are hardworking and honest people. My wife had a slow leak in one of tires and after 4 pm on Sunday they took care of it quickly. It s not much for them but when i called them after 4pm, i was told to bring it in and they took care of it swiftly.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING service!! ???? i brought my car in because my tire pressure light came on. They immediately helped me, patched my tire because it had a nail in it, and I was on my way IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES!!! ???????? I was truly in awe at their exceptional service!!! On top of that, it was incredibly affordable. 10/5 STARS! ⭐️ I recommend this tire shop to anyone and everyone. I found my go to tire shop in the bay ????????
I don't write a lot of reviews, but I just showed up with a leak, and they fixed it in 10 minutes for 10 dollars. It was like a pit-crew experience. It was like magic. Other shops wouldn't give me an appointment for days, and these guys told me I was ready to go before I found seat to sit down and wait!! And for TEN DOLLARS!!!
Amazing! I was in a pinch , nail departed my tire, fixed with 15 minutes and for the low. Hit these guys up!! You will so happy with the quality and price of service!
Oakland potholes have brought me here more times than I’d like. But they’ve always taken care of me- quick and affordable. Nice people to boot, usually have a laugh about something.
