so rude i asked for a simple shape and she made them so wide i kept asking for them to be thinner and she would just file them to be shorter and kept giving me a hard time. i do not recommend they were so rude and i could have done a better job myself honestly
I’m here on vacation, I live on Long Island in New York. Needed an SNS manicure before I go home as I have my granddaughters first communion the next morning. I got the best SNS manicure I’ve ever had, I’m so happy with the results! I highly recommend Tipsy Nail.
I really like the job they do at the manalapan location and I find their prices fair. I will say I absolutely love their Pedicure Chairs. The massage is awesome.
Rude is an understatement here on how people are treated. They pretend they don’t speak English when they do and I think they are training new people on how to do nails as some of them have no clue.
I really like this Nail Salon. Everyone is nice and polite. Plus very clean. Great prices.
My experience was not great. First I don’t think this salon is the same as the other tipsys. Secondly, during my pedicure they had some type of liquid or gel on the towel which ended up leaving significant burns on my calves. It’s been 2 weeks and burns haven’t fully healed. I tried to say something immediately but they didn’t seem to really acknowledge it until I refused to let the pedicure continue until my legs were rinsed with water and a new clean towel was used.
Extremely rude staff. Hung up on me while I was trying to make an appointment. I called back and she picked up and hung up that call. I did call the manager to register a complaint , and the manager said “Sorry Ma’am, we don’t have time for that” (referring to addressing my complaint). She then hung up on me as well. Absolutely disgusting non professional behavior. This is the first time I’ve ever accounted this type of behavior from any business.
I have been going here for years and love it. I am literally shocked to see there are bad reviews, because I have always had a great experience here. It is by far the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to, and it is peaceful and quiet. I always make an appointment but I see people walk in and they rarely even have to wait.
