Excellent coffee and very friendly service. Staff are all attentive but not overwhelming. Granola bowl with spiced apple puree is great for this Spring. French toast is a must to order. Great atmosphere with street view. Recommend!!!
Really lovely local coffee shop! They do really good coffees and the food is also absolutely delicious! Been here many times before and will definitely keep coming back. Also a good spot if you need to do some work behind the laptop.
My Wife and I come to Tipi's a lot and we have never been disappointed. The food is always amazing, the coffee is perfect and we always find ourselves having brunch there. A definite visit to anyone in the Saffron Walden area. It is directly opposite the Swan Meadow car park so it is ideal.
Lovely little place. They are more than just a coffee shop. Great selection of coffee and food. Try the cappuccino with little raspberry bits. Surprisingly delicious. We also had the Smashed Benny and Veggie English. Wow, lovely!! Love the fact that the food choice is quite different from other places. Lovely atmosphere and a lovely team running the place.

Lovely setting but for a new company lacking a lot of basics.
I had the farmers benny which was nice and the eggs were cooked well and a flat white which was good.
My girlfriend had the avocado on toast and a hot chocolate and to be honest it was appalling the hot chocolate tasted like warm chocolate milk and the avo was clearly a bad one as it had black lumps all the way through and had not been prepared with much care or these bits would have been picked up and put in the bin.
I tried many times to wave the server over and was ignored every time I had to go to the bar to tell them about it.
Overall disappointing when there are so many other nice places in saffron Walden to go and eat.
I'm so glad we stumbled across this place last weekend. The staff were very friendly, the coffee was lovely and the food was delicious. They have lots of vegan and veggie friendly options too! The cafe itself had a nice atmosphere and was very clean. I look forward to coming back!
Love this place, such friendly baristas, great food, and lovely coffee. I had the Gooseberry Granola which tasted amazing and looked healthy, a winning combination ???? I was planning to take-out, but the atmosphere is welcoming and the WiFi was good so I stayed.
