The establishment in question has received a rating of one star, as the reviewer is unable to provide a rating any lower. The quality of work performed by the employees is not up to par, and it is apparent that they are not putting in their best efforts. Despite the establishment's promises of a lifetime warranty, attempts to contact them regarding issues have been met with silence. It is also advised that payments not be made through Zelle, as refunds are not available in cases of dissatisfaction with the work performed. Supreme Mobile Auto Tinting did a poor job as you see in the pictures and featured your shop on their Instagram page.
I've had my tint done by many places before, but no one does it as good as Tinti! Their work is top quality! And they have the best service! Also got my radar and dashcam hardwired, amazing neat job. Would highly recommend!

I was seeking a tint removal service and found Tinti. I remember passing by the location numerous of times and figured I'd use them. I reached out via chat and had a timely response ????????. I was able to easily set up an appointment ????????. Due to the snowstorm I was able to reschedule my appointment ????????. The gentleman that assisted me was courteous and respectful, listened to my concerns and promptly resolved my issue. I would reccomend them and will utilize their services again. Owner was also nice and courteous. Thank you guys for accommodating my schedule.
You go to these places expecting a job well done. I had my 2023 Acura TLX type S tinted at this shop. The shop was local to me and the prices were decent. I then realized this shop uses cheaper tint (Lexen, United) and they don’t offer the good brands such as Llumar, 3M, suntek, etc. I went there regardless because I saw the good reviews and the high end cars being tinted. After having my vehicle tinted I drove off and my cars electronics started to go crazy. My car horn went on and I had to pull over to see what was going on. The owner ran out and had to disconnect my battery to restart the electronics because he said the sensor was confused. This was only the start. I was told to wait 48 hours for the film to cure and let the bubbles in the tint to go away. Water bubbles will fix themselves with the sunlight, however these were air bubbles. It’s been almost a week and I’m noticing the following:
1) there’s trapped dirt under the windshield and driver side window.
2) air bubbles on all windows caused by dirt or bad tinting
3) brake light wasn’t done correctly
4) the tint edge is almost a 1/4 inch away from the window edge

I reached out to the owner and explained that the tints didn’t come out good. I sent him pictures and he said he would replace them but there was no refunds. I explained I was not comfortable taking my car back there. If the tints came out bad WHY WOULD I GET THEM REPLACED AT THE SAME LOCATION?
I’ve always gone to get my tints done at a different location in Middletown for almost a decade and I regret not going there. They NEVER leave bubbles, don’t leave scratches, never had an issue with electronics, and they offer premium brand tints.
YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
If you don’t care about your tint quality and tons of air bubbles on your high end vehicles then go here. Never again. The owner Simon doesn’t care about the customers. It’s all about the money.
very fast service did all 4 windows within an hour and did if for a very reasonable price! if you need your car tinted and fast and don’t want to spend crazy money definitely recommend to come here ????

Profatioanel staff modern building design that will provide you with a great service and quality service for a great price and quick service. I only wish that they would have had "come down to my location" option
