This shop has some really talented artists and reasonable prices. Mike Roybal has done my whole torso. He does the best traditional in Albuquerque. ????
They over charged my little sister 100$ for a quarter size tattoo that looks like it was done by a two year old!! Very unprofessional totally took at vantage of a young lady looking for a nice first tattoo! Charged her 100 for 10 minutes of Amateur work!
I decided to get a tattoo to celebrate capturing point A but when I went in there, I was bombarded with misogynistic comments about my body. I tried to brush it off and tried to get the tattoo early so I could leave as soon as possible. I went back there and they set it up blah blah blah but then the man takes out what looks to be a sewing needle? It was so sloppy that it looks like it would make the payload go backwards! I was made fun of so much when capturing point B. They weren't kidding when they said "Tattoo Shop: Pay with Skin" I wish I never came here! Helden sterben nie!
Almost 44yr. young.. and my first ink. I knew EXACTLY what I wanted... And I was having a Very Tough time finding a tattooist..
With all the "rising artists" I walked into a handful of shops and found artist who wanted to change it and tinker around for those extra hours. I called Bs.
I was almost heated from a stop at a prior tatShop. But within a short few minutes of conversation I knew that M.Y.Spear knew and understood that sometimes, some customers are just in NEED of a tattooist.
I had seen some of his works already and it was easy enough to say ok. We looked at what I wanted, adjusted where needed and now I got ink. SKOR!
This artist done his job well and like a person should. I was treated like a person and not a easy dollar. Thank you M.Y.Spear, your shop was cozy and you made me feel comfortable today for my first ink.

The most unprofessional place I’ve ever been too. I came to NM to spend a couple weeks with my sister and decided to get matching tattoos. We ended up with very messy tattoos. You see the rest of the reviews talking about a “dirty needle”? WELL THEY’RE TRUE. It is absolutely disgusting. I would’ve rather done my tattoo myself.
Got my first tattoo here. Stuie did the work. He was fast, friendly and professional. Steady hands lead to clean lines and beautiful work. Prices are fair and set per artist. The building is decked out in bright colors, artwork, and quirky but poignant signage. The work space was small but not terrible. Tools kept clean and sterile. Very happy with the work done here, will definitely go back.
Michael Roybal is AWESOME!! He has done 3 of my tattoos and they are amazing. I recommend him to everyone. I get so many compliments on his work. I will totally be going back to him!!! He is very professional, great quality, very friendly. Thank you Mike????
The absolute worst tattoo experience I’ve ever had. They charged me $100 and finished my tattoo in 10 minutes. The quality is so horrible no one can recognize what it is. Absolutely horrible quality. It was my first ever tattoo and they completely took advantage of me. When I called to get a refund they told me it was my fault. NEVER GO HERE!!!! I wish I could give them less stars.
