Our chef was awesome! Kids loved it. Food was great! Nice energetic team. One thing, cooks, lose the gloves, its more disgusting. Wash your hands.
I have been ordering takeout from this location for 2 years now since moving here and everything about this establishment is simply GRAND. The food is absolutely delicious and I do not for the life of me understand how other local Chinese cuisine establishments outpace Ton Loong in reviews. Frankly, its bewildering how such a fine establishment has made it's home here nestled in the breathtaking Blue Ridge Mountains. To put is simply, ignore every negative review here. They simply must have no taste as Tin Loong is a magnificent establishment that deserves more business. You simply must eat here. Period.
Took my mother on a lunch date here on Friday to celebrate Mother’s Day early. Our server was super nice, our food was delicious, and the bathroom doors are just adorable! (When you go you’ll see ;) ). Definitely would go again! Thanks for a great meal!
The buffet was weak. There were not enough Chinese food options and too many American food options that didn't belong, like ham. Our large party had a very attentive server. She did a great job.
I was a little nervous to try this restaurant because the overall rating was low. But when I checked, the newer ratings were very high. So we tried it and it was excellent! Food was flavorful and the staff was great. Highly recommend this place!
First off, let me tell you this New Owner he is so AMAZING customer service is on point!!! He is only 3 months in and is already making an impact!!!! So if you haven't tried this Spot it's a must try but for those of you who have and may not have been happy with your experience PLEASE try it again cause this NEW OWNER has definitely uplifted this spot!!! Two ???????????????? ❤️
I highly recommend this restaurant, the food was amazing and the service was fantastic. We all enjoyed your delicious food. The workers are kind and prompt to get you what you need. The owner is very nice and we love getting to support Tin long whenever we are in the area!
