We had a power steering pump replaced on our Peugeot recently and found the service to be excellent,
The staff were friendly and helpful plus we were given a courtesy car as the job took several days to complete.
I recently received a really unprofessional service here and will not be using this garage again. First of all I was met with Dave constantly walking away and not listening to a word I was saying whilst I was trying to speak to him regarding getting booked in for repairs and about my concerns with the vehicle. This resulted in him booking me in for my MOT two months early when I didn’t once mention about an MOT needing to be done so this had to be rectified on the day I was booked in for all of the repairs. I was also quoted for a new power steering belt. On the day my repairs were being done the office rang me 5 minutes before closing to tell me that the wrong part was delivered which I now assume they were referring to the power steering belt part which wasn’t great as I was hoping for my car to be back to me the same day and ringing me that late to let me know wasn’t very professional. When I went to pick up my car the next day they only charged me for adjusting my power steering belt which I later found out that this was never possible for them to do as my belts were completely shredded. So not only did they provide awful service and didn’t do the work they quoted me for in the first place but they also left me driving an unsafe vehicle where the belts could have snapped and caused an accident at any point. I even told them how I am panicked driving my car with all the problems as I have to drive 80 miles three days a week and they just didn’t seem concerned about this at all. When I found out that my car was a danger to drive I was left angry, upset, completely shocked, and disgusted. There was also an issue with my brakes and the younger lad who works there shined a little torch through just one of my wheels infront of me and advised it definitely wasn’t my discs or pads and that I needed an ABS pump repair. I didn’t understand how you can check that all of my brake pads and discs are ok just by shining a little touch through one wheel. I also find out later that it wasn’t anything to do with the ABS pump and I in fact needed a drive shaft repair. Although I have received a refund for the “power steering adjustment” that they apparently did it just doesn’t make up for the lack of care for my safety as a paying customer.
Always had great service from Timsons. Just fixed my van. Friendly and honest. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

However Timsons are transparently genuine, without the need for sales yap They let their products & customer care do the talking..
It's no surprise that Mark Timson was highly recommended to me,by several people.
I'm having to be mindful that this review is for Timsons & not an opportunity to voice my distain for Arbury, but it's difficult for me to admit that I could've saved time, money & ridiculous amount of stress.
A few car's ago, I was being advised that Timsons would look after me from initial purchase to ongoing MOTs etc. I'd even spoken to Mark Timson & arranged a test drive.
Unfortunately, at that time I hadn't realised that they'd moved from Bulkington to Nuneaton & like an idiot, I carried on to Peugeot Arbury & bought another 208.
Once again,it had mechanical issues & needed a replacing within the year.
Unbelievably, Mark actually remembered our phone conversation from 7months ago (when I'd lined up a test drive, went to his previous location & ended up at Arbury)
His attention to detail, recollection of customers both current and prospective is blinking marvellous,as proven by the numerous satisfied customers I've observed.
Finally I found my dream Peugeot at a dream price, offering a long, stress free dreamy relationship with Timsons!

Bought a Peugeot 2008 from Timsons Autos earlier this month.
Great buying experience. No sales pressure, just left alone to check the car over, with Mark nearby to answer questions. Also happy for us to take 2 separate test drives between me and the wife, as one of us waited in reception with the kids (couldn't sort childcare!). The car itself was as described and competitively priced.
The really impressive bit though is the aftercare. We noticed an issue with the air conditioning controls soon after purchase that we'd missed on inspection. Within 1 day of contacting Mark about the problem, he'd sourced a replacement unit and agreed to replace / repair at no cost, even though it was outside of warranty.
Highly recommend the place. Great to buy from and can have confidence with their aftercare too.
