Left this pharmacy after 35 years of being a loyal customer.
Called head office before I did so.
Appauling customer service.Rude staff.
No empathy from staff when dealing with old frail customers.
Medication never ready waiting days for prescriptions.Ordering of medication not done when no stock in pharmacy.
Staff hours cut by the company I was told by staff to save money.
Medications being done by a new system by robots in a hub.GOD HELP US.
Clearly a bad atmosphere in the shop between staff.
Never the same pharmacy each day a different pharmacy.
Changed over to Kamsons at failsworth No problems lovely staff.
This pharmacy used to be the hub of the community where everybody met had a chat while waiting for medication. Not anymore that had been taken away by rude incompetent staff who have no charm no customer service skills and a bad attitude to all who come in the pharmacy.
To top it all they put an automated response on when you call the shop ( do not call them asking for your presciptions if they are ready)
So you have to go to the shop physically to ask in person.
A person with mental health or dementia or old age or any condition that affects there mobility or any health condition can not call the shop.
Appauling service shame on them.
Staff to busy to take your call.
This is fact I have called head office and discussed all my concerns with no compassion from them.
They were not interested.
Shocking service, never their fault, always the Doctors when going for a prescriptions. Been waiting 8 days now for a prescription, Doctors have processed it, they haven't! Stood in shop again now, waiting
I was told by the pharmacy assistant that they had not received my prescription. Went up to the doctors who showed me on their computer screen that it had been sent to them electronically. Went back to the pharmacy with a code from the doctors, by which time, the queue was massive. Miraculously they find the item had been sent to them but was not in stock so it "got returned to the spine" like I'm supposed to understand that! It seems that this spine doesn't communicate with anybody so what a useless idea, as nobody could simply tell me that the item was out of stock. Finally, i get reissued with a prescription to take to another pharmacy. Went to Focus in Failsworth. Very helpful. They too were out of stock but able to sell me an over the counter equivalent for less than a fiver! This is not the first issue I've had with Tim's n Parker. I often feel passed from pillar to post, not clearly knowing whether it is their fault or the doctors. I've now realised that Tim's are at fault so I'll be going elsewhere in future!
Good customer service made me feel comfortable pharmacist was very knowledgable and staff were friendly
Don't go to this Pharmacy. It's everyone's fault but there's. They have given me the wrong strength tablets once. They lie to you saying they haven't received prescription when they have. People queuing out of the door because the staff are so incompetent. It makes you ill going in there. Used to be fantastic it's now a shambles with rude staff.
I went for some advice and eye drops from the pharmacy for my sore eye and was told to go to a hospital. With a bloodshot eye? Really?
Luckily, I went to another pharmacy with more competent staff and was given drops that worked just great. Honestly avoid this place if you can as the staff I encountered were really passive aggressive and unhelpful.
I had the misfortune of having to go to this chemist for my Grandsons lactose free baby formula, to be told the prescription isnt here! I knew it was there, then i was told i would have to wait half an hour if i wanted her to see if it was there! Terrible customer service, in fact no service whatsoever! Staff chatting and laughing and joking in the back whilst the customers are being told they will have to wait half an hour for a prescription! Also laughing at a customer who is epeleptic and no prescription ready for him! He was told to take it up with the doctor, as soon as he had left they were all lauging about it! Epilepsy is a serious illness, surely they should treat all customers with respect and courtesy! Ridiculous Peak Pharmacy you should be very ashamed of yourselves!
Zero communication on collection and closing’s without meds for 2 days
