My family and I have been doing business with Joe and Diane for over 10 years now and the one thing Joe isn't lacking in is customer service. No offence /l\ .. Joe and Rex have been running that shop for over a year now by themselves and Im sure they're doing their best. They've never let me down once. A great place in a reliable mechanics that doesn't beat around the bush
Worst customer service ever! Three different occasions they said they’d get to my truck and NO calls saying it will be longer. Finally picked it up on day 25 without any service done. Extremely displeased! All I need done was lower ball joints(already purchased parts) and an alignment. 3 hour job! Business lost for life. Bad business. Also nobody came to the desk when I got there to get my keys. Picked the keys up off the desk, got in my truck and took off. Ridiculous!
Got me in and out quick, seemed to be good people, good price, and will be first call for my next repair. Thanks
