I had long curtain bangs that went down to my jawline, I asked for long curtain bangs to my lip. Jessica cut them above my cheekbone. She didn't listen to me at all about my bangs and they look horrid. I'm never coming back because of her. I saw the other reviews talking about how bad Jessica was and ignored them. Don't be like me and ignore them. Go to another salon this one is not worth your money. Surprisingly the haircut wasn't the only bad thing. Jessica made it a very awkward environment. Do not go here!!
I paid $95 for a hair dye and trim. Only to get home and find myself made to feel like a fool. As soon as I got home I went into my bathroom to play and admire my new color and trim. To find about 2 iches of hair dye still on the back of my head by my neck. I was petrified I would loose all of that hair. So i immediately rinsed my hair and re washed it. To loose about 1/2 a shade of the colors. Luckily it didn't cause any hair loss. But if I hadn't played with it I would not have noticed it as soon as I did. I will never step a foot in this salon again nor will my son. No way do I feel the hair stylist missed this. As she combed, blow dryed and trimmed my hair. But also curled it afterwards. If she would have owned up to it and said I accidentally missed some. Lets re rinse your hair and correct her mistakes. I would have been cool with it. But she didn't and she left it. The stylist name was Jessica.
Called made an appointment for my 15 year old son. Told them shave the sides and trim the top... NOT HARD!!! They just shaved his whole head and didn't even do a good job at that. Never ever going back (me, my son my daughter, sister and step mom) all USED to get our hair cut here. I used to recommend you to all my friend. Never again

Freaking ridiculous. The person who cut my hair didn't understand half gaurd on sides next size up on top with a medium fade. Pretty simple army hair cut to easy to do. Didn't understand. Did so poor had to have it all shaved off there was no fixing then couldn't even get the sides lined up or the back. I mean ridiculous never going back never.
I loved this place! My hair turned out awesome. Highly recommend this salon for all your needs.
I always get excellent service here, and perhaps even more importantly they are amazing with my toddler when it's time for his hair cut
Very friendly girls love my haircut and will be back in fact next week
