Love the burgers. Cooked to perfection every time. Oh and those onion rings are great! The strawberry shakes were really good. The pizza was really good too. Will definitely go back next time we are in the area. Only drawback is they are so good they get busy LOL Very worth the wait!!
Great place in a small town. Everyone is friendly, and the food is above top notch.
We made the mistake of trying to stop in at this place to have breakfast the other morning. We pulled in the parking lot at 7:57AM . My friend walked to the door and it was open so as iam getting out of the vehicle my friend comes running out .. apparently they were not ready to open when the sigh Open..

Great homestyle breakfast, took me back to a better time when things were simpler. Chicken fried steak was amazing. Definitely going back on my next trip!
Very good food. Husband had a chicken fried steak breakfast. Huge serving. Real meat not a pressed mixed cereal meat at all. Very good flavor.

I spent a week in one of the cabins they rent and found it to be very dirty. There were dead wasps all
over the floor and bed, and when I moved the bed to clean the mess up I found a receipt on the floor
that was dated mid-February. It was late May at the time. So obviously the place doesn't get cleaned
very often! There is no air conditioning and the window had no screen, so the wasps and bees were a constant problem. When I turned the key in to the owner there was no question about how the stay was and in fact there wasn't even a Thank You offered. Very cold and indifferent management.
If you want an enjoyable experience, drive a few miles further to Pierce and stay at the Outback. It's a much nicer and cleaner place and the owners are very nice people. Avoid this place if possible!!!
Note that the café isn't much better than the cabins. Slow service, bad food and high prices.
I've been eating here for about 16 years, The food is Always good. The Burgers are my favorite, The Pizza is pretty Killer too.
