We hit a deer yesterday driving to Tucson. The local highway patrol called this company to tow our car. We were told we could pick the car up today (Sunday) if we paid a gate fee ($50). I called Tim's Wrecker and I'm assuming Tim answered. I explained we would like to pick up the car today (there is suppose to be a storm coming and the windows are rolled down) and the tow driver told us yesterday night when he took our car that we could pick up on Sunday, but we would just need to pay a gate fee. I was then told "not really" and he hung up on me. Such a lame loser of a company. I'll have to wait tell Monday to get my car out and will make sure I never get towed to this loser again.
Been using Tim's service for 10 years. First call was at 1030, 2nd call was 1115 and told it would be picked up by noon. Called the repair shop at 2:00 for an update only to be told the truck hasn't shown up yet.
Next phone call was told "I'm on the way".
Still just so let down by this place. Opportunists looking to make a quick buck off of your flat tire and lack of income. Spending my last dollar to get a tire for my otherwise well running car, came back to find it missing! I was living out of my car, and was preparing to head to my parents house in Florida, now I'm officially homeless, stuck in the middle of nowhere, and out of ways to make money thanks to these clowns. Doordash was my ticket out of here, and now I'm stranded. Thanks for nothing Tim and crew. Hope your business sinks lower than your Christmas spirit.
I broke down in a 4500 Kodiak pulling a loaded 50'trailer. Sam came to my rescue in the 50 ton Peterbilt within 15 minutes. The wrecker handled my truck and trailer with ease. Sam was very friendly and did a great job. They stored my trailer for me and then towed the truck on to Tucson. Tow bill was way less than I thought it was going to be. Would definitely recommend them and would certainly use them again.
A “friend” of this company, by the name of Ozzy who works at the Walmart, calls them to pick up cars that have been left in the parking lot. We had to leave our car there to get a new tire, and even though we had permission to leave the vehicle in the parking lot, it was towed 8 hours after we left. We went back the next day to find the vehicle missing and they told us that someone at Walmart called them to pick it up. They also mentioned that half the vehicles in the yard were from the Walmart parking lot. This company is predatory and disgusting.
I highly recommend Tim's wrecker service! I was on a very long road trip by myself when my car broke down in Benson late at night. A local recommended Dave's towing but when I called the number a very rude, loud, angry man told me he did not tow anything but semi trucks. I then called Tim's and a guy named Tom said he'd be right there. A few minutes later he showed up and had my car loaded up very quickly and professionally. He went above and beyond to take care of everything. Super grateful for Tom and Tim's towing company!

Amazed at how fast they were able to respond to our broken down truck. Much more affordable than i was anticipating. Hope i don't have to see them again, but glad they're out there!
