iced capps were dark and already melted when they were given to me. but since I was driving, I wasn't able to try them and call until I was halfway home. they refused to refund me and will only replace 1 of their mess ups since I'm not handing them the bad ones.
This particular Tim Hortons is my favorite of any. In fact, I drive from Erie's east side just to eat there, or take out. The property is always clean, bright, and well maintained. The staff are amazing, providing customers a pleasant greeting, and a thank you! The food is high quality, and served as ordered. Highly recommended
We are from Tim Hortons Mecca...BuffaloNy Niagara Canada region...have been to so many Timmy Ho's...this location we went to today in Erie PA...by far the BEST! GREAT STAFF, SERVICE, OWNER, FOOD, CLEAN, UPDATED...Friendly! Congrats, be proud, we'll deserved.

Tim Hortons coffee is awsome...what more can i say

My first time seeing a Tim Hortons. Food was amazing and the coffee good. The line was so long here but it went fast.
I arrived at the store to get coffer and donuts for my girlfriend and I; we were patiently waiting for the order after we had paid and my girlfriend decided to hug me. The waiting time was less than 5 minutes and within those minutes someone (which later we confirmed it is Store Manager Sarah) yelled, and I repeat, yelled "go outside with your PDA" and everybody working there started laughing. At the beginning, we didn't get it, nor did we know what PDA means but their laughs, stares and talking made it clear that the yell was meant for us. I asked the cashier that was preparing the order about PDA and she stated that is "Public Demonstration of Affectation". I was really shocked and upset, never in my life have I received such a bad treatment and being laughed at for such a non-sense. I requested a supervisor to place a formal complaint and that's when I realized it was the manager that was yelling, laughing and basically kicking us, the customers, out. For full disclaimer, the hug , between my partner and I, did not include any sort of sexual content or inappropriate touching or anything like that. Probably the manager doesn't have a family or a nice life in which she can hug someone, but is that how Tim Horton's treat customers? I was really shocked, disappointed and I haven't come back to that location ever since. I don't recommend anybody goes there either, culture is reflected in front line employees and if they are allowed to do such a thing, I don't want to be part of it.
Wish Tim's was in Pittsburgh, great coffee and sandwiches, service was great!
I love getting Tim's every weekend. This time I went to different location because we were on that side of town. Very disappointed! I was asked to repeat my order 3 times, which I did without a problem. 5 sandwiches, 2 donuts, 3 ice caps. Every sandwich was wrong. I had to remind her about the ice caps and no donuts! We didn't know about the sandwiches or donuts until we got home. Had to scrape egg of sandwiches that I specifically said "no egg". The employees were friendly but not very conscientious. We will stick with our regular tim hortons from now on.
