I got a 10 piece timbit and a cookie butter iced cap. The whole ice cap was nothing but whipped cream and the lid to what I am guessing is the whipped cream container was at the bottom of the drink. This is disgusting and I don’t know how you don’t notice the tip missing when you took it out of the cup.
Spoke to Ben in the Drive-Thru and they suggested the hazelnut latte because I am a total weirdo who still tries to get gingerbread lattes two months after Christmas ????????♀️. It was a great recommendation and he and Nicole were wonderful. You have great, personable employees working there and my food was delicious as well. I asked for my bagel to be well done and they actually did it, so many people are afraid of slightly burning my food but it was perfect :-) thank you guys for being a lovely part of my evening!
I must say that the staff here (all front of house managers) do a wonderful job of providing great service. The cashiers are always friendly. This is a busy store but I have seen a few of the same people working there I've seen 20 years ago.
I only drink coffee from Mac D's. I've been afraid of their food for the last 6 years. I enjoy continual bowel movements and don't want to jeopardize that. Coffee only !!!
I was refused a drink refill here. Woman behind the counter was rude and brusque about it. Just go somewhere else. I certainly won’t be coming back.
Update: I replied like they asked and all I got was like service form letters, so they could act like they care when they respond on here. It ended up wasting even more of my time. What a shame.
I call this coffee shop the Happy Place because every time I stop here , a booming smile greets me. This worker is very congenial and it is evident that she loves her work and her customers.
I love Tim Hortons coffee is the bomb.
Very dismayed to see this place go down. I was there with my sister a couple weeks ago and the service was atrocious. There were three young women in there with one doing all the work! Apparently the other two were new but they did not even have the courtesy to acknowledge our presence. After waiting around for the other girl to come and take our order we sat down to wait for our food. We were first given the doughnuts which we ate while still waiting. They were not fresh. After about 10-12 minutes we got the toasted steak sandwich which was dried out with not much filling. Then we finally got the lattes we ordered. While we were in there, only one other person came in for a couple of drinks so they were not busy at all. But each time one of the items was ready we had to go up to get it. We were looking for Splenda and this one girl just looked in the general direction it was and said over there. Could not be bothered to walk over and help us find it even though she was doing nothing since we got there but laugh and chat with her friend.
In addition, the floors and tables needed to be wiped down. There were coffee spills, food, crumbs and paper over most of the floor. If these two girls are any indication of the kinds of people who will be working at this Tim Horton’s, then save yourself any frustration and go to the other one on upper Peach.
Wish they had these joints in Yinzburgh. We got a coffee and crullers. Crullers slapped. Coffee was strong but not bitter like Bucks.
